Dream Catcher - The Podcast!
My name is Mark Rudd Larsen and together with my wife Cheryl we invite you to join us on Dream Catcher - The Podcast!
I have always been a people person in fact I love people!
That is why it pains me so much when I meet many people who have long ago given up on or even forgotten what their dreams are!
It seems that we get so much into the process of "making a living" that we forget about everything else and that it is indeed possible to enjoy your life, catch your dreams and make a positive difference in the world while doing so!
This is where the Dream Catcher podcast comes in!
Every episode I feature people who are fighting the fight and winning! They are living their best life, and are catching their dreams!
You too can get started on your own Dream Catching Journey!
EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
We just celebrated the 320th Episode of my Dream Catcher Podcast!
I am looking for guests for future episodes of the Dream Catcher Podcast that have or are Catching their Dreams!
If that is you contact me so we can talk!

Brooke Bownes Bio
I am an accredited trauma coach, therapist & global No.1 bestselling author & speaker, I work with ambitious women who struggle with feeling stuck and have blocks that are holding them back I help them find their power, confidence and release any limiting beliefs
I’m passionate about this as I once felt powerless & was scared to show up in the world as me, I then started working on my mindset, I discovered who I was & love the feeling of inner contentment & confidence. I went from scared to speaking on stage
I am an introvert that discovered how to rewire my mind & regulate my nervous system, release my blocks so I could achieve the dreams I wanted to achieve & now I help people do the same by helping them.
I can hand on heart say ‘I know it can be done, I have walked in similar shoes to yours, I have felt your fears, I have been frustrated by blocks.
A bit about my background, I had an abusive relationship growing up with a narcissistic mother, I then moved on to two abusive relationships, I’ve been homeless, I brought up 4 children single handed, I have a unique way of understanding people where they are at & helping them to find their
power.
I now live in a beautiful house with my husband, dog and run a successful business whilst having fun on adventures in our campervan.
