Using concepts and experimental techniques in the Netherlands and beyond

In this episode, we look deeper at the Food2Gather research – and the ideas behind it – its concepts. Don’t worry, we’ll explain what concepts are, and why they are so important. And then we’ll hear more about the use of experimental techniques – such as audio-visual techniques. 

The Food2Gather podcast dives into examples from each of the six universities participating in the Food2Gather project – a European project which aimed to answer the question: what role does food play in creating public spaces and opportunities for people to meet and live together?
