This is the fourteenth of a #WFH series that began during the pandemic in 2020.

Elsa Contreras


Elsa Contreras attended California State University, Fresno and received a BA interior design with a minor in construction management. She is also a Graduate from California State University, Northridge, and received an MS in family consumer sciences- Interior Design option. IShe is  currently pursuing a license in architecture (alternative path to licensure) and NCIDQ certificate. In the past She has taught building codes at her local community college and  currently works as a project designer overseeing projects from schematic design to project closeout. She is a past Associate Director on the Board of Directors of the AIA Golden Empire chapter. 

Bianca Beadling

“Bianca is an architect and business owner with two young children. She graduated with a bachelor of architecture from the University of Miami , with a focus on urban design, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.  Bianca has worked on a variety of project types including mid- and high-rise buildings, mixed-use, commercial and hospitality. 

With a passion for supporting her peers, Bianca is a Licensing Advisor for NCARB and co-founder of Mothers in Architecture, a support community for moms in the AEC industry.”

Tara Wood Dozark

Tara Wood Dozark is a licensed architect in St. Petersburg Florida who has worked in the profession for over 20 years. She is a mother of three children ages 5, 8 and 20 and she teaches design architecture as an adjunct professor at the School or Architecture and Community Design at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
