Her focus is on enhancing the customer experience and developing teams that consistently deliver value. She aim to be a strategic partner and a driving force behind organizations striving to become unique and unparalleled.
Laurie's entrepreneurial journey and leadership skills have flourished through unwavering dedication. She graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with a B.Comm, where my interdisciplinary approach included a Specialist in Commerce and Finance, a Major in Human Biology, and a Minor in Economics. She began applying this knowledge in Sales and Marketing at The Tatham Group, where she eventually became COO and co-owner. She led the company’s global expansion into countries such as Canada, the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, England, Ireland, and the Philippines, driving exponential success. After selling Tatham, she further honed her expertise in change management as a certified Prosci coach and immersed herself in emerging technology. Now, she collaborate with Fortune 500 leaders and founders of growing companies.
