All About Eastmark
Melissa Leon - At the Intersection of Safe Streets and Social Media
Everyone wants their neighborhood streets to be safe places to drive, ride, scoot, and walk. And everyone has an opinion about why accidents happen and how they can be avoided. But after seeing the dangers posed by unsafe streets, distracted drivers, and young people who don't understand the rules of the road, one neighbor decided to do more than just offer her opinions on Facebook.
Melissa Leon is a wife, mom, business owner, Eastmark neighbor, and now a community leader who advocates for safe streets. She asks good questions in an effort to get to the bottom of problems she sees, and then she aims to share the knowledge from those answers with her neighbors here in Eastmark.
You don't want to miss her inspiring story, and be sure to check out the Eastmark Safe Street resources below!
