One is aged for just 4 months and the other for 18. Our third sheep's milk cheese, made by Lactalis in southern France beautifully contrasts the Spanish Manchegos. Taking a cue from traditional Spanish pairings, we’re matching these salty sheep’s milk treasures with some of their best friends: Chili Flake Olives from Tessera, Patagonian Bee Honey from Atlas Eats, and Shakurbai Almonds from Ziba Foods.
