I’m pretty sure all of us could use at least one of these tips, if not all three, to reassess how we are spending our time and eliminate things that we no longer want on our schedules.
Amy Fritz is an Organizational Coach who helps her clients lead more grounded, organized lives. She helps them create systems and strategies for getting organized but staying that way. With a background in education and 15 years of teaching under her belt, she teaches her clients to have better work/life balance.
