Episode #89: Mother's Day and my Ankle.
I forgot to say Happy Mother's day last week, so happy late mother's day! This week was just a nice step along the path to our Goaliaths, and I also started doing ankle therapy again! My ankle has just been so miserable the past couple weeks. I needed to do something about it, so I've started the therapy and we'll see how it goes!
