Episode #109: Enough Talk, Let's Run!!! (The Start of Season 6)

I have waited long enough!  It's time to stop waiting.  I am officially beginning my running training for 100 miles, starting with a 5k race!  I have an 11 week training plan mapped out, I race in December.  The goal is 21 minutes!  After that race, I'll start training for a 10k, half marathon, full marathon, and finally 100 miles!  I may do multiple races in each category depending on my performance.  But starting this week, I will not stop training until I reach 100 miles!

Ankle Therapy: 1 day.
Current weight: 197lb
Current running PBs: 
                    5k:      7:26 per mile (LifeTime Tropical 5k 2025)
                    10k:     7:33 per mile (GetAway 10k in 2018)
