First week of half-marathon training done, with no missed workouts!! I only had 4 sessions scheduled for the week though. Next week is the first FULL week of training with 5 sessions. So let’s get ‘er done!
At the new HVAC/R job, I EARNED THE PROMOTION! This coming Monday they are officially giving me a van so I will be a fully-fledged technician going out on my own jobs!!!
Two AMAZING steps this week. One for each Goaliath. REAL progress is actually happening! I can’t say how happy I am about this journey. I feel like it’s all finally coming together.
