Episode 30 - Why trainable dogs can be hard to live with

So often we see people equate "smart & trainable" to ease of livability or low effort to reach training outcomes. This is usually not the case.
Highly trainable dogs are usually highly motivated dogs, they ask more of you as a handler and often require more time put into them specifically in order to fulfil them and allow them to live the pet dog life.
This week we talk about why this misunderstanding exists and where we think the truth actually lies.
