She offers constituents movement and breathwork workshops that increase the overall health and wellness of the organization and ultimately impact their output in a positive way.
She is also the founder of the Nourish Wellness Collective™, a hybrid wellness community for women entrepreneurs and working professionals of all backgrounds to elevate their mindset, as well as physical and mental wellbeing.
