 As a curious soul and lightworker myself, I've always been fascinated by the concept of starseeds.  Allison Holley, being a starseed herself, explained that a starseed is a soul that originates from a specific place, much like a birthplace. In her case, her soul was seated in the Andromeda starseed system, carrying energetic codes from that star system. She clarified that being a starseed doesn't necessarily mean it's one's first lifetime on Earth. Instead, it refers to the consciousness and transmission of their home planet that they bring into the human experience.

Allison Holley is an Andromedan starseed, channel, and author of the books The Era of the True Creator (2018) and Ecstatic Playground (2023). After experiencing a profound awakening in 2012, Allison began spontaneously channeling and receiving visions of the world to come. She left her former life to integrate these higher frequency downloads, and eventually began teaching and channeling for others. She's not only an author, but she is also a starseed and Lightworker, and I am so excited to get into your journey and how you're working on this planet today, allison. Thank you, jj. This is really fun and, like I was saying before we started this, it seems to be a theme that a lot of people are really reconfiguring how we bring our message to the world. So all of the tech stuff, it's right, in alignment with what we're doing with the time. But, yes, my name's Allison and I'm a channel. That's really a lot of my purpose here and I bring through messages about how we are going through our awakening collectively, how we are stepping into what we're creating and how to step into it, like the tools and the techniques that each of us can use to become more awakened to create this new earth that we're stepping into.

I love that, and you define yourself by a star seed, so I also agree with you, but can you share with the listeners and viewers what is a star seed?

Yes, can you share with the listeners and viewers what is a starseed? Yes, so a starseed really means the way that it's been explained to me through channeling is when our soul is created, it is seeded in a specific place, right? It's sort of like our original birth and my soul was seeded in the Andromedan star seed system, so that's my original self and all of the energetic codes that I hold are really from that star system. A lot of times, star seed also means that this is the first lifetime here on Earth. It doesn't always mean that. I used to think that. It always meant that, and then I started meeting people who are starseeds, who have lived other lifetimes on this earth, and so what I've come to know is that starseed is really the consciousness and the transmission of our home planet that we are bringing into this human experience this time. So there are a lot of specific codes from the Andromedan frequencies that I meant to bring through, and it activates people in different ways.

So when you say Andromedan, is that a type of starseed or a way that you show up as a starseed?

It's where I'm from. It's sort of like saying I'm from France, yeah, so it's really where my soul is, was created and is at home and inherent to that. So if we think about you know where we're born and on this planet, we've got all you know astrology and things to that. So if we think about you know where we're born and on this planet, we've got all you know astrology and things like that all of the beautiful elements that come together to form the frequency that we are. And so part of my soul heritage is that my original home is within the Andromeda galaxy. So that's kind of what I mean by that.

Now there are certain tools and certain frequencies that beings who are starseeds from specific places will bring. So you'll notice, starseeds from the Pleiades tend to have a really shared. Is that you? Okay? That's probably why I heard that one Tend to have a shared sense of energetic purpose, and it looks lots of different ways, but there does tend to be something that you know there's a frequency that we share, and right now what we're seeing on the planet is starseeds from all over the place. It's like a big party here on Earth right now.

And that's why we do this, because I think some people don't really even remember or know yet. So for me, it's just about bringing the information forward, because I feel like it will awaken or enlighten or even just tickle the fancies of some people being like yeah, what is that? Why does that? Why am I drawn to that title? Why am I drawn to that star seed or light worker?

Yeah, the first time I heard star seed it was back in the day we actually called it star child and the first time I heard that term, something inside of me lit up. In fact, I think at the time I was still I hadn't even gone through an awakening it was just something that I heard, that I knew I was like that's me, that's me, and I knew that this was my first lifetime on earth. I knew that I was brand new. There was just a knowing, and so I think that within you know, we play this game of forgetting when we come into this human consciousness, but I think, yeah, within there's something about us that just knows. You know we, we know the things that we know about ourselves.

Yes, yes, I would like to say this is my first time, but I think this is many, many times. I'm very passionate say this is my first time, but I think this is many, many times. I'm very passionate about the feminine energy and balancing that. And, you know, I think for many of us it seems so foreign that you could possibly have an experience somewhere other than the planet. So you said you heard that early on, but like, what validated that for you? Because if you go around talking to your everyday fellow earthlings, human, and say, hey, you know what? I'm star seed, and I think this is my first time around, but I have special gifts I'm coming to the planet with, they're going to be like you have lost your mind, right? So how did you get comfortable with this?

Yeah. So when you hear me pause, it's because I really want to speak from the present moment and not from my mind. I'm here to channel, so it's really important that I do that when I talk to people, you know. That's why it's really helpful for us to have that inner truth and that frequency, knowing, because the words that we use can be really confusing. But there's that knowing within. There's that spark, that little glimmer, as you were talking about, that says, oh, there's something about this little glimmer as you were talking about, that says, oh, there's something about this, even though it sounds really weird, there's something about this. That I, I feel it, I feel it right.

So for me, I actually had a really intense, um, a spiritual awakening and I think by default I got comfortable with all of this stuff because it was sort of like I just went into the most powerful awakening process and, to give you a glimpse of what it looked like, all of the sudden things were opening in my energy field, my crown just totally blew open. I was seeing on a different frequency. So what that felt like was and I didn't have any history with drugs or alcohol or anything like that, or plant medicine, you know, if we're looking at it that way, but I felt like I was on psychedelics all of the time and I was seeing things, so time would slow down. I was having visions just as I was walking. I started spontaneously channeling and I think, if I wasn't comfortable with any of these things before, it was sort of like, well, here we go, this is what's happening.

And because a big part of my purpose is to speak and to share, I was already at that point in my life in positions where I was sharing with a lot of people. I owned a fitness studio, I was a performer locally, and so when I went through this awakening, you know, it was like I couldn't help but sharing with people that I was interacting with. This is what's happening, and there was an inner knowing. There's always this inner knowing that's activated. So, as I was sharing with people and they would look at me like I had 17 heads, it just felt so normal for me to speak to these things and I kind of I just have always built. I don't want to say that I don't care what other people think, because I'm a human and I definitely do at some points more than others, but it was just, I was compelled to share.

And so, and in the sharing and through the process of my awakening, you know, I ended up getting married. We traveled all over the world we're not married right now ended up getting married. We traveled all over the world we're not married right now, but it was, you know, my twin flame and it was a beautiful experience. And through that because I was just speaking, everything that was happening and we're traveling all over the world I met people all over the world, and this is back 2012, 2013, 2014, where I'm meeting people everywhere who are having similar experiences without previous context. It wasn't like my circle of friends and we're all going to start reading this book. It was, you know, going to, you know, southeast Asia, and going to South America and going to Europe and hearing people say, oh yeah, I, I'm starting to. You know, talk to my ancestors who are not alive, or I know that I'm an alien or you know whatever it was.

Just people coming into this knowing, and it was really powerful for me to see that, because I think a lot of us keep what we know. Not wanting to be the weird one, we keep it in, but the people around you are also keeping it in. So we're all keeping this big secret that we're awakening and that we know things and that we're aware of these things. And I just had the opportunity to meet a lot of people who were like wow, I don't talk to anybody about this, but yeah, I'm having this experience. So yeah, it was, it was confirming.

That's fabulous and I feel like it's so great to hear people's journeys because it sometimes validates and gives us clarity on what might be happening to us. I can't wait to talk to you more about this because things happen to me all the time and I always tell my friend Beckett I'm like I don't know how to connect with the energy sometimes, but I sit in my office a lot and my light will go on and off, on and off, on and off and like I know they're ready to communicate, but I haven't really figured out like how to tap into that energy or how to even be like. I've tried to draw and write backwards and doodle and but I'm still like working through how to really connect at a higher level.

Yeah, and this is where channeling has been such a huge gift and it's something that I teach and I'd love to teach you, because you know it's really being able to open up, to go to the realms beyond duality and receive and from that place of deep knowing. So it's been a huge gift for me to be able to learn how to navigate into those frequencies. And you know, the powerful thing is channeling and then having channeling and then having so in. When I teach channeling, sometimes we'll have like two separate groups or I have friends who channel and we'll channel separately and then we'll come together and compare notes and it's the same thing is coming through. So it's really really powerful way to receive that feedback. Okay, I'm going into unknown territory, but we're all kind of getting a similar message here. So it can be really helpful as a tool and technique.

And what I would say? Not everybody's going to necessarily learn channeling and it might not even appeal to everybody. That being said, I would just say start to learn to trust yourself If you're feeling called to be any sort of awakener way, shower, light worker, whatever, whatever it feels like. It's that self trust and it's funny, right behind you it says believe in yourself. When we talk about self-trust, what we're really talking about. You know. A lot of people say, well, you know I've got this ego and how do I trust myself? What we're trusting is that real deep sense of presence with ourselves, where the truth comes through right, where the deeper truth comes through. And so when when I say, you know, trust yourself, it's not trusting that ego that wants to be satisfied all the time. It's learning to go deeper and to listen to our true self and trust that, because that is guiding all of us.

Yes, yes, and I love that. And I talk about that as the whispers, right, it's not usually super loud, it's not an obnoxious voice, it's sort of just a little whisper that if you're present enough you'll hear it. And then, of course, for me, yeah, the ego kicks in and is like is that really your thought, who do you think that is? And really creating space for those whispers. So for those of you that might be hearing those for the first time, it might be helpful, alison, if you can just talk about what is channeling.

Beautiful. So channeling means a lot of things to a lot of different people and really what it is is opening ourselves up to listening beyond our mind. Okay, so that's why it shows up in so many different ways, because that can mean a lot of different things, depending on your purpose and what you're here to do. For some people, channeling is something more like mediumship, where we're tuning in to our loved ones' messages who have passed on. For me, I always tap into. I very rarely channel in terms of mediumship. It's more connecting to cosmic consciousness, my higher self-awareness, and bringing through those messages. So when I channel, I connect to a lot of star, you know, interstellar consciousness, so different groups, different planetary groups, and the purpose of what I bring through tends to be around helping people move through this awakening process that we're in. So a lot of information that comes through is how do we integrate the light that's coming through? How do we live our purpose? How do we shift what's happening on the planet within ourselves?

And so a lot of you know ancient wisdom, codes and things like that tend to come through. So I think I might have gone a little. Oh yes, channeling, what is channeling? I was like what was the question? So yeah, so with channeling it's really being a conduit, if we think about like a water channel. We're opening up, we're removing the obstructions so that that information or so that that energetic transmission can come through. So, as a channel, what I do is I really move myself into the highest frequency that I'm capable of reaching and I listen and I transmit that as words, sometimes light language and other times really tangible information.

I love that and I feel like you know half the reason I do this work is to illuminate so many people that are on the planet, to help people that are tuning in, that are here to help awaken us to our gifts and definitely shine light on what is possible.

And so I'm really loving this because I feel like sometimes and this is definitely one of them where it's a message that comes strong through, really strongly for me, because even just months ago, I was like, okay, I really need to dedicate that time. And I was in Omega just in September. I was there to see Rebecca Campbell, who wrote the book the star seeds.

it has the Oracle back to star seeds, yes, and I was sitting there in a different session, but I was sitting next to a medium from Australia and we were chit-chatting about the Pleiadians and channeling and all of this, and she said you know, you just need to dedicate time and remind your guides that you're going to be there at a certain time. And I did it a few times. But then life gets so crazy that I think for me this is a huge reminder that not only is it available all the time, but we have to make time to connect, plug in and be that conduit that we promised we'd be when we came down.

Yeah, yeah. And the powerful thing too is that when we go into those higher frequencies, time really starts to break apart. So we have all the time in the world when we're in there, you know, and it and the, the transmissions that can come through, even in just taking five minutes to listen, can be really, really powerful and life transforming. So it doesn't always take a ton, but it does take, you know, that sort of focused dedication and the ah. I mean this brings up like why do we avoid it?

You know there's so, there's so much that's available to us, and I think sometimes we avoid allowing ourselves to tune in because we want to take care of all the other things, and also sometimes it can be I hear this from a lot of people, so I think this is why I'm speaking to it that we're almost afraid of what we'll hear, right, well, what will we hear when we really tune in?

And to that I want to say that you know there's infinite love and this idea of being perfect and this idea of being right, and all of that starts to really dissipate when we get into those higher frequencies. So what we're going to experience, even if we're like, oh, what's what's out there it's really just so much love. And so, yeah, I would encourage everyone who's feeling called to that to tune in and and move past the vibration of fear. That's that realm that we it's sort of like a rocket ship we pass through that realm and then we get into the infinite love and it's like that's really what's in store for us. So I think I needed to speak to that for some of your listeners here.

I love that. I love that and I just am so grateful you've joined us, because I feel like this is a possibility for so many of us, which isn't always the case with different people that I'm talking to. You know they could do past life regression, they can have a Reiki session, they might do some birth charts, but this is something that anybody can tap into. So can you talk a little bit about your work and if people are intrigued and like, well, maybe I could do some channeling sort of what does that look like for and what? How do you offer that to people?

Yes, absolutely. It is one of my favorite things to teach Because I love witnessing people coming into their own truth and their own sense of just godliness and light, you know, because the path forward is each of us being very empowered, and that's what this does. So I teach channeling. I teach verbal channeling specifically and, like I said, it's sort of one big way of accessing knowledge beyond the mind, understanding and energetic transmissions and it's going to look different for everyone. So every person who comes into my learn to channel course, their purpose is activated. It's more of an umbrella like here's how you access these realms. And then your particular calling. So some people really channel about star seeds and other people channel about life purpose. Other people become mediums. So it really lights up your particular calling. It's really beautiful. So the way that I teach it is.

I have two different forms of this. There's the course that you can just get by itself. It's a really comprehensive video course. It includes guided meditations, it includes workbooks and over 35 videos. It's really comprehensive on everything from how to meditate the very basics of meditation all the way through how to trust yourself and be an empath and understand your boundaries and then into verbally channeling. That's why. That's why that's coming through. So maybe I have a message for you and for all of your listeners through you. Oh, so much. I'm just going to listen for a moment. You're coming into the next phase, where there's a lot of so interesting. This is a bit of a personal message. There's a lot of sacrifice, but just like the mother sacrifices for her child, it always just feels like a deepening of love and there's so much in store for you in terms of, and there's so much in store for you in terms of receiving and being held by the eternal mother. That's coming.

I'm tearing up. Yes, yes, sorry, that's what's coming through. That came to me in 2000, in the beginning of 2013. Hmm, that came to me in 2000, in the beginning of 2013. I know you had your awakening in 2012. And I feel like that was a big gateway for a lot of messages coming through, and the mothers came through then and they have been with me on this whole journey. But I have been asked to like do more work with the mothers, and I have not stepped into it. I'll have to be totally honest, and so hearing that brings tears to my eyes, because I know it's available and I'm almost like okay, I do need to step in. And I think even just doing this live today is such a stepping in, because I've, I think, for so many of us, we do this off the side of our desk or we do this being like, is this really what I should be doing? And I think just going live today with this type of experience, I think for many of us, just validates that the world is ready.
