Lesson 13: You Are Unlimited Spirit
Section 2: An Exercise To Expand Your Awareness
Paragraphs: 4-9

In this episode, Jeshua beckons us to step beyond the limited experience of our body-mind constructs. Together, we'll tackle the art of nonverbal communication, learning to discern whether interactions are rooted in a call for love or an outpouring of it. By perceiving others as dynamic fields of light, we open ourselves up to a profound connection that transcends the spoken word, immersing in the genuine essence of every exchange.

Speaker 1:

Hello and welcome back to the daily study of the way of mastery. I'm Jason Amoroso, your guide and friend, and today we continue with lesson 13. You are unlimited spirit and we continue with section two, an exercise to expand your awareness. And, just as a reminder, jeshua is inviting us to do. This exercise, which is here, is a simple exercise. Take just a moment within your consciousness, drop this simple pebble. I am not what I have perceived myself to be. I am unlimited, pure spirit and nothing is unavailable to me. Therefore, in this moment, I choose to open access to other dimensions of experience, so that I might call this moment to me in a different way. Jeshua is inviting us to experience ourselves beyond just the body, mind, as he calls it, this ego, this personality, this sense of separate self that it's me and everything else out in the universe, in the world. And so here we go, this exercise he's inviting us into. He says in paragraph four come to realize that the experience you are most familiar with, that is of being a body, mind, who reads or listens to words which are vibrations of sound, translates them into English and therefore perceives that you are having a conversation with one being who happens to be another body is a very limited perception. Recognize that around the edges of that there is something far more vast, something which can be cultivated, that allows you to be aware at much more refined levels. We are so much more than a body. We're so much more than your vocal cords and the words that you hear through your ears and then translate into English and have an understanding of these. This is consciousness, communicating ideas, thoughts, vibration, and when what you see as having a conversation with another person, another body, and it's just limited to that interaction, is a very limited perception. Very limited because there's so much more to you than just your thinking, mind and what you convey to somebody through your words, through your conversation I mean, we know this anyway just looking at it's more, when you actively listen to someone and you truly listen from the heart, you have the experience that it's what somebody's communicating with you and we know this with like a nonverbal communication, that the words that they actually say is like the tip of the iceberg of what someone is communicating, that their body language, their tone, and there's always a subtext underneath of the kind of surface level words that somebody is saying to you. That's why I love the course of miracles and the way of mastery principle, or idea that there's only calls for love and expressions of love. That's it. That's all that's happening.

Speaker 1:

Beings, people are calling for love, but they might say I'm scared, or why, how dare you do that? Or I'm going to get you back. Whatever the version of is right, it's people calling for love in some way, shape or form, but that's not what the words they're saying, but that's really what they're communicating. Or it's expressions of love, that's it. If you only saw the world in that dichotomy people are either calling for love or expressing love Notice you start to see, oh my gosh, that this is really all the world is. People calling for love, wanting love me. See me, you know, appreciate me, you are loving, you are loved and you are lovable. That's all people want is to know themselves that way. And then there's people that are expressing love. I think we all know what that looks like and feels like. So there's so much more happening in a conversation and if we just hear with our ears and Hear the surface level words, we're missing out on so much. And that's what Jeshua is inviting us. You're so much more than your ears and your brain and your intellect, because your brain and intellect hears the words and processes the meaning of those words, according to your definitions, compared to the heart which feels the vibration. And so Jeshua saying Recognize that, around the edges of what you Think of as a person, of this body, their thoughts, their personality, around the edges of that, and of course he doesn't mean just the physical edges of their body oh well, well, I'm looking one or two or three inches to the left of their shoulder or their head or their face. No, beyond the edges of the their being, there's something far more vast, so much bigger than who they think they are and who, on our surface level, we think they are. There's so much more and something which can be cultivated, grown, developed through practice, like any skill. You can cultivate these abilities through practice Third eye, awakening, third eye, seeing with your inner eye, beyond the form of the person, beyond the form of their words, jeshua says that allows you to be aware at much more refined levels.

Speaker 1:

It's subtle, but if we take everything in face value and we, if we're so kind of up in our head, we and we don't slow down enough to listen and to feel we're missing so much. And he says eventually you'll be able to perceive these dimensions of energy with your eyes open, as you look upon another body, mind, who is currently having the experience of vibrating thoughts through it directed toward you. You call it a conversation. You will see that other being not as a body but as a field of light. You will see colors, you will feel vibrations and those colors and no vibrate. Those vibrations will tell you much more than the words ever could say to you. The result, of course, is that you will not be fooled by words nearly as often as you have been in the past.

Speaker 1:

This is a powerful paragraph. It makes me think about certain, you know, enlightened beings and masters where they just see right through a person and they kind of, they can kind of read your thoughts, they can, they know what you're thinking and feeling, even though you're saying one thing. And the more we practice what Jeshua is, this exercise that I can be open to another dimension of experience. And there's people all over the world that are waking up and being trained in these, in this, in these arts, the art and the skill of Inner knowing, inner seeing, inner feeling. Because you can't fake vibration. You can. Somebody could say all the right things, but you, but but. But they can't fake the vibration of it. You can say the right words, but if underneath there's fear or there's deception or there's intent to harm, a Lot of people can feel it, but their rational mind is like oh look, they're saying, they're saying that, so I'm gonna trust them, but they're feeling something different. So how in touch we are as A, as a being, as a person.

Speaker 1:

How we develop this inner attunement, this inner discernment, is critical in the world today of of AI, of All this information and misinformation and disinformation, all these agendas, all this stuff happening out in the world. It's more critical than ever for us to develop these Attunements, to develop this discernment, and it only happens through practice, and that's what Jeshua is inviting us for. This is the perfect time in our history for us to be practicing and developing these abilities and these skills. So he says eventually. So be patient with yourself. If you're comparing yourself to other people who have these abilities, you're gonna be judging yourself and feel like you can't do it.

Speaker 1:

It's all about practice and a lot of times and Jesuit references this you're like oh, I'm just making this up. If I feel this, feel this way, this doesn't make sense because we're always so rational a lot of times this doesn't make sense, but I feel it and I think if you're listening to this, you know the difference now. You have had experiences where, like I'm reading something, they're telling me something, but it does not. It just feels off. My inner alarm bells are going off and even if I can't quite logically understand why my body is telling me why, this feeling is telling me why. So he says eventually you'll be able to perceive these dimensions of energy with your eyes open, cause so often I know for me it's easier when I close my eyes, I'm out of my head more and I drop into my body or my feeling more. And a lot of us are like that. When we close our eyes we can access feeling more, we can access more of the inner voice more. When our eyes are open, we're kind of in the analytical thinking mind. But just you're saying, with practice you'll be able to perceive and experience these other dimensions with your eyes open. All right, let's practice with our eyes closed and practice with our eyes open. And we actually do this in our Revelation Breathwork facilitator training. We practice with eyes closed and we practice with eyes open so we can develop the skill.

Speaker 1:

As you look upon another body, mind, who is currently having the experience of vibrating thoughts through it directed towards you. You call it a conversation, but what really is a conversation? It's ideas and thoughts being communicated, being transmitted, and thoughts have energy. Thoughts are energy and they have a vibration, a frequency, and you can't fake that. You will see that other being, not as a body, but as a field of light. You will see colors, you will feel vibrations, and those colors and those vibrations will tell you much more than the words could ever say to you. I mean, again, this is what we've been saying and there's actually many disciplines that teach this, to teach you to see auras, to see different colors in certain people's fields and what those colors represent. Oh, I'm seeing a dark, heavy red, or I'm seeing a light purple or whatever, and maybe it's related to the chakras, maybe it's related to different energies, but this is a real thing that people train themselves in and practice. Because what is a person in truth?

Speaker 1:

Again, what Einstein shared with us, if it doesn't blow your mind every day, we just take it for granted that matter is just energy, it's just light. When you look closely at a thing under a microscope of matter. It's just atoms and when you look closely, atoms is just what Protons, neutrons, electrons. When you look even closer at that, there's just space and it's just energy vibrating. So physical matter is just the densest, it's the slowest form of vibration and the energy's slowing down into physical form. So, but everything is energy, light is energy. So you are a dense form of light, of energy. So Jesho is training us to see with our inner eye, through the physical solidness of something, through the even, through the physical solidness of a personality or a belief system, that I'm a separate from you and I'm this body and you're that body. To see through it, to see the light that it is and the color or the frequency of that light in that moment, the vibration of it, the feeling of it.

Speaker 1:

The result, of course, he says, is that you will not be fooled by words nearly as often as you have been in the past. You will not be fooled by words. I think it's a great title for today's episode. Practice this when you listen to politicians, when you watch the news, when you're talking to a salesperson. They're saying all the right things, but I just don't feel. I feel like there's something's off. Maybe they're dishonest or they're not telling me the whole picture. Like, just practice listening with your inner eye and your inner ear and see how you feel when you hear them saying something beyond just the actual words they're saying. We've all been there in a conversation with a significant other where they might be saying something what we want to hear, but we feel differently In a conversation with our boss or a coworker where they're saying something maybe we want to hear it but it just feels off in a salesperson. Right, we've all had that experience. So we will not be fooled by words nearly as often because we're feeling the. You can't fake vibration.

Speaker 1:

He says practice this little exercise as often as you choose, in any and all circumstances. It is not difficult. You simply use the field of your consciousness to decide, to be aware of what is around the edges of the third dimensional experience you're having. What's around the edges of this person. He says for instance, when you are in an automobile and you pull up to a red light as you sit next to another automobile with a driver, look over through the physical eyes. If you limit yourself, you will see an automobile with another body sitting behind a wheel, similar to what your body, or what you call your body, is doing so. Practice again he's giving us another example.

Speaker 1:

Practice when you're in the car See someone. You know it's probably harder if you're driving past someone and they pass you in half a second. But if you're sitting in traffic and you're sitting at a red light and you look over, oh, there's a person in a car. Oh, they're in a Ford Focus. Oh, it's a white female with glasses. She looks like she's in her forties, like we can do that very easily and quickly without thinking.

Speaker 1:

But we're being invited to experience something else. See this not necessarily as a person, but as a consciousness, not just moving around the physical, but what's beyond the physical. Look beyond just what your eyes see, feel it's like using the force I think about Star Wars, because that was big when I was growing up Like, use the force a tune, what do you feel, what do you notice Doesn't have to make sense to your brain. Practice he says what if you allowed yourself to play, to play, to play, not be so serious about just have, play, have fun with it? By looking at that being and saying within the mind quote this is but one small expression of that being I wonder what's occurring around the edges.

Speaker 1:

What's occurring around the edges for them, and this is something again in our living the way of mastery year long program, where people commit to a whole year, one lesson a month of applying not just reading these things and doing it on your own, maybe, but like having a being in a group that is committed to this, to applying these principles and exercises in your life and then sharing and talking about it every single. We don't talk about every single day, but we have daily journal and we get together twice a month and we have a voxer channel where we do communicate every day. Hey, this is what's coming up for me. This is how I'm applying this principle. This is a challenging thing. Let's apply this. This is what we're going to do when we get to lesson 13. Let's practice this. Let's share hey, what did you notice when you were looking beyond the edges of this person? And then we compare, we share notes, we learn together, because it's so much better to learn in a group than on your own. The accountability you see different things, you get different perspectives. It's awesome. So if you're interested in that, check out the show notes, send me an email. Hello, at revelation, breathwork calm.

Speaker 1:

Jesuit says you might surprise yourself when suddenly a thought comes into your consciousness. You know that thought is not yours. It could be the thought of the person in the car saying my god, why didn't I iron my husband's shirt this morning? Oh, he's going to be so angry. How many times have thoughts like that entered your mind and you have dismissed them as imagination? So he's saying he's kind of acknowledging that we've all had this before but we can't explain it. So it's not something that's talked about that often in our in our house. It is with my wife, who is highly attuned and intuitive and open. This is just a part of kind of our, our life with our kids and everything. But in a lot of families and environments and couples and relationships and work environments, this stuff is not. It seems crazy Woo-woo out there. So again, being in an environment where this is practiced and normalized, it can be great.

Speaker 1:

And Jesuit was saying it's so easy to dismiss it because we don't want to say it out loud. We might seem crazy if we're like oh my god, I was. I was attuning to that person over there and this is what. This is the information that I received. What you're nuts, that's not real, it's just you're making it up. That's what we're afraid Maybe somebody else will say, and maybe, in a way, that's what we're afraid we will say.

Speaker 1:

And why might we be afraid to say that? Because, in a way, we might be afraid that, oh my gosh, if I, if I can hear that person's kind of see their energy and and hear and sense things that are going on for them, then what about me? Can people, can other people, other people, really know what's happening inside of me, that I'm, that I'm terrified, that I'm anxious, that I'm afraid, that I'm sad, that I'm lonely, that I'm depressed, that I'm feeling hopeless, and I don't want to hide that I want anyone to see that I want to. I'm putting out the projection that everything's fine, everything's okay, I'm good. So this can also it can evoke this sense of fear in us that, oh my gosh, I'm gonna be exposed to this idea of, like I'm an imposter, I'm a fraud. They'll see right through me I'm not authentic, and All the judgments we have about ourselves, about that. Of course. That's where the healing is. That's what shadow work is.

Speaker 1:

Shadow work is just looking at the parts of you that you don't want to own, that you want to disown, reject, deny and bringing love to those parts of yourself that they're in there. They don't define you, but they're in there. We're having a human experience. So, anyways, jeshua in this thing says you might surprise yourself when, suddenly, when you're kind of just Softening your gaze around someone you have an intention to see beyond their form, that information, that a sense, that a feeling, a thought might come in. You know it's not yours and that's something you think of, like consciously, it's just pops in, it's just there and Jeshua is saying it could be and I think that's an important word there, because he's not saying it's definitely the thought of the person in the car, because he knows that we are not quite at that level of belief in reading this.

Speaker 1:

Now, for Jeshua and other more attuned beings, other more advanced beings and consciousnesses that have practiced and mastered this skill, they know what it is Like. Jeshua would know oh, that is what you know. That is a thought that this woman's having versus you, let's say you or I were practicing this skill. So he gives us some space, some wiggle room, so to speak, to kind of it helps us buy in more. Oh, it could be the thought of the person that we have in our mind. So it's like am I making this up? It could be them, it could be me, but I'm open to this idea that it could be them, and so I think that word's very important. Again, as an attorney, as a lawyer, words in contracts and law are so important, so I've just been trained to think like this, and so that's why I pick it up.

Speaker 1:

Somebody else might read this and not even see the word, could or think about it as much as I do, but that's me for better or for worse. So it could be the thought of the person in the car saying oh my God, why didn't I or my husband sure he was going to be so angry? And just as you're saying, how many times have thoughts like that entered your mind and you've dismissed them as imagination? Or oh, that's not it. Why the heck would you be thinking that? That doesn't even make sense. That's the biggest one that doesn't make sense.

Speaker 1:

So I'm just going to discount it, and that's what we do. We discount it, but now we have a little more permission to lean into it, to maybe be like huh, maybe this is. There's something behind this, because I'm digging the way of mastery. I'm already on lesson 13, so some part of me is committed to reading this and getting value. So if Jeshua is saying this, I can buy that. I can believe that. I can lean into this idea that maybe these things that seem unrelated or they don't make sense, maybe there's more than meets the eye here. I'm going to lean in, I'm going to practice this. Practice it with your kids. Practice it with your partner, your significant other, your spouse. Practice it with your parents. Practice it with strangers at Red Lights or baristas at Starbucks.

Speaker 1:

Sit in a Starbucks and just kind of spend 15 minutes, 10 minutes, just kind of observing the room and like hone in on one person. Oh, this person over there. They're at their laptop, it looks like they're doing work or they're reading a book, and you don't have to stare them down like you're going to scare them, like you're a stalker, but just, and you don't even have to actually have to be looking at them. I think it helps a part of us kind of buy in more Like, oh, if I see that person, I can kind of soften my gaze and feel into it, but you can just look at them, see them and then close your eyes if you want. I mean, you're at Starbucks, maybe you don't close your eyes either, but you can kind of look at the table, you can look at the wall, you can look at someplace that's not like creepy staring and just kind of go within, as your eyes are open, and just feel in. Okay, this person in their laptop, what am I noticing? What am I feeling? If I feel and look around the edges of this person and then just practice it, see what comes up, write it down. Don't write it down, but just notice it and practice it more and more and more. And the cool thing is, in our Revelation, breathwork, facilitator training this is something we encourage our students to do, and so that in a healing session, if I'm sitting with someone or I'm on the other side of a computer with them, I'm doing this and I'm being open to what information, what thoughts, what images come forward and you know what.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes it takes courage to risk looking like an idiot and I might be like I don't know If I'm facilitating a healing session for someone else. I might say like, hey, I don't know if this means anything to you, but I keep getting this image of your grandmother at the kitchen sink looking out a window. Does that mean anything to you? And sometimes they might be like not really I mean, my grandmother bought and they might say like no, not really. But sometimes they're like oh my gosh, yes, that is when I was a kid.

Speaker 1:

My grandmother would be at the kitchen sink looking at the window and yelling out to the people across the street Whatever I don't know, or like I'm getting the image of like a grandfather clock. Does that mean it? You know, I ask, I'm not like oh, this means that. And no, we ask and we check. And it's cool, because when people are like oh my gosh, yes, a grandfather clock. That was like my father's prized possession that his father gave to him and his grandfather gave to him and it represented something. And now all of a sudden it like is opens doors for this healing session that they're in. But if I was too afraid to look like an idiot and say what I saw or what I heard when I tuned into them, I'm doing them a disservice and it's all about me and my fear and looking dumb. So if I'm willing to risk looking dumb or not being right, it opens up so much more possibility, so much more than mystery. So that's some of the work that we do in our in our breath work, facilitator training for healing sessions to support others. It's so cool.

Speaker 1:

So, anyways, this exercise is powerful, especially again in this day and age with misinformation, with AI, with all this crap out there. It's like can we attune to what's happening to another person, what's going on around the outer edges? Can we see them more than just a body, more than just a personality, more than just what they're presenting on the surface? And what do we feel? What do we notice, what do we sense? That's amazing, that's a gift, and we're going to get more into in our next episode, this idea that there's really nothing is hidden, that you have access, and this is what Jesho's been saying since the beginning you have access to all things in creation, and then it becomes a choice when do you want to hang out? What do you want to allow into your field of experience?

Speaker 1:

All right, thanks for listening. Glad you're part of this journey. If you get value, please like, subscribe, share.
