Lesson 13: You Are Unlimited Spirit
Section 6: Creating a Transformation Journal
Paragraphs: 1-3

Discover the profound impact of the declarations we make about ourselves—can they limit us, or do they have the potential to unlock the very essence of our expansive nature? I unravel these concepts, inspired by the Way of Mastery and the wisdom of Jeshua and Maxwell Maltz, to show you how the powerful words "I am" shape our self-image and reality. In a world where our egos often impose limitations, I guide you through a transformative process of shedding those constraints and adopting affirmations that reflect our true potential. With insights from a recent Revelation Breathwork community class, this episode is your invitation to step into a life without limits, where self-assured declarations are the keys to an empowered existence.

Then, join me on a deeply personal voyage through fear and shame, emerging on the other side with a vision of a golden lion—my symbol of redemption and inner brilliance. This episode isn't just my story; it's a beacon for anyone looking to illuminate their life's purpose and guide others toward recognizing their own light. Learn how the simple act of commitment, intention, and creating a sacred space for a transformation journal can become powerful tools on our journey to self-discovery. Together, we'll explore how to document and cherish every step of our awakening, ensuring that our paths are as limitless as our spirits.

Speaker 1:

Hello and welcome back to the Daily Study of the Way of Mastery. I'm Jason Amoroso, your guide and friend and fellow student, and today we continue with Lesson 13,. You Are Unlimited Spirit. I am unlimited spirit. We did a class in Revelation Breathwork community that anyone is welcome to join. We have a seven-day free trial and I'm doing a series on confidence and last night was our second class in the series and the focus was on declaring your identity.

Speaker 1:

That that so, as Jeshua says, but really, because again we address at the soul level, you are all of it, right, you're a wave in the ocean of love. You're made in the image and likeness of your creator, so you have all the properties of the creator. You were created to extend the creator, to extend more love. So you were created to create more creations and extend the good, the holy and the beautiful. So you are all of it. You have access to all of it. This is what Jeshua is saying in this lesson that you have access to all thoughts, all times, all beings, all dimensions of creations. Nothing is unavailable to you. Now that seems insane to our ego mind, but that's what Jesh was saying to us. So when you declare something, you're calling out of the infinite allness. You're calling into your experience one aspect of the infinite allness and then you experience that aspect. So you can declare yourself unworthy. It doesn't mean, it's true, you can't change what you are, but you can create the experience of feeling unworthy. You can declare yourself separate from God. It doesn't change the changeless that you are, god expressed, but you can create the experience that you're separate. So what you declare and it's not like I'm shouting at the top of the rooftops I am divine, I am unworthy, right, we usually we don't really say those things directly, but we say them inside to ourselves. It's just what we believe ourselves to be. Now, when we get more conscious and more deliberate, we do declare them, both out loud and internally. They do come through our speech. We might not say I am worthy, but it's just in the way that we talk, it's just the way that we know ourselves to be. So declaring is a powerful part of confidence, declaring your identity. And first of all, you declare it because, again, you've already been given everything, you already are everything. So what you decree is so. So decree with intention, with consciousness. Be aware of what you're decreeing. So declare your identity, your identity as the small body, brain, self, the tiny, mad idea. We can declare that identity and then we experience that identity, and that identity is based on falsehood, but we can experience it, or we can declare our identity as our true self, the capital S self that Jeshua refers to, the identity of I am, unlimited spirit. Now you're going to you create the experience. Either way, which experience do you want to have? That's always the question. So that's what we did in the breathwork.

Speaker 1:

Confidence class last night was focusing on. What are the declarations that our body, brain, ego, small self that's obsessed with survival and getting its needs met because it thinks it's lacking. What are those declarations? For me, it was like I'm a loser, I'm a failure, I'm not enough, I'm fat, I'm ugly, all these things. I'm a phony, whatever it is like. And there was more. I don't have it in front of me, but it's like the greatest hits of the ego, or what I say, the greatest shits of the ego, because there's shits on you. I suck, I am that, I suck, whatever it is, the I am. And then we spent a couple of minutes doing that, and then we spent a couple of minutes. And then we spent a couple of minutes doing that and then we spent a couple of minutes. We closed our eyes. We get centered within ourself and our breath, and then we allowed the true self to come forward and speak I ams, and it was like I am unlimited, I am expansive, I am powerful, I am pure peace, I am Christ love. So how you declare your identity is what you are going to experience, and I love the quote.

Speaker 1:

We looked at a couple of quotes around this idea and the first one was self-image creates the boundaries for individual accomplishment. By Maxwell Maltz. How you see yourself, how you choose to see yourself, creates the boundaries for what you can achieve, because how you see yourself impacts what you do, what actions you take. If you see yourself as unworthy, you're not going to take a risk. You're not going to put yourself out there, you're not going to even probably try or give up when things get hard. Look, I'm not worthy. Other people are worthy, they're successful, but I'm not Right. So your self-image creates the bounds for individual accomplishment. If your self-image is I am unlimited spirit, I am a child of God, I am Christ love, I'm a powerful creator, I'm pure peace, I'm infinite abundance, how you're going to show up in the world, your being and the actions you take from that state of being. There are no bounds to what you can achieve and accomplish from your heart. So we looked at that quote.

Speaker 1:

Another quote we looked at was I am the two most powerful words, for whatever you put after them creates and shapes your reality. So true, and most of us are not aware of our own psychology, we're not aware of our own patterns, we're not aware of our own speech. I mean, that's what one of the things I love about being a coach is just listening. That's what coaching is. It's listening and asking questions so someone can receive the answers within, receive their wisdom from within, receive their own guidance from within. It's not giving advice, that's not coaching, at least from my perspective. But listening to people's words, it will reveal everything they think and believe. I'm this, I'm that, I'm not this, I'm not that. Just listen, listen to yourself, and that creates your experience. So I am are the two most powerful words, and it's not just the ones you say out loud, it's the ones that you say inside to yourself I'm not good enough, I'm not worthy of this. Who am I to have success? Who am I to be happy, whatever it is, and a lot of that stuff. Yeah, whatever it is.

Speaker 1:

And then the third quote we had was from I don't know, I guess it's the Old Testament and the Bible, which is God asked. Moses asked God, you know who are you? And God said I am, that I am. You know, if you wrote down all the labels and definitions, which fits into this lesson, because it's all about seeing the limiting ways you've defined yourself. When you name, when you define it, you're creating a limitation of it, limited to your experience. If you say tree, you're limiting it to your experience of what a tree is. There's no universal kind of agreement on what it is. There might be in terms of the dictionary, but everyone's experience of tree is different for themselves, based on their own past and history and relationship with tree. So look at the ways that you define yourself, look at the ways that that creates a limitation of yourself.

Speaker 1:

And if you took all those definitions and they don't have to even be like the I suck or I'm a failure, and those, it could be like I'm we've talked about this before like I'm a new yorker, I'm a parent, a child of divorce, I'm a single mother, whatever ways that you say I am, and you wrote them all down, every single one. There'd be a lot. And then you looked at them all and you burned that piece of paper. So there was nothing else there. What are you left with?

Speaker 1:

Just I am, the power of existence, the power of presence, the power of pure consciousness. I am, that's it. That's when Jesus with his disciples would end conversations. They would say God is, because anything else after that is a qualifier and limits in some way. In some way, even if it's God is love or God is infinite, it's still at its purest. Just God is, I am, and that's our point of power.

Speaker 1:

So this lesson, so that's what we did in our Revelation Breathwork class last night. We kind of looked at those things and we did some Revelation Breathwork to get out of our head, release all the old stories, all the old energies, and really make space, for I would say love, christ, consciousness, light, truth, to not energies and really make space for I would say love, christ, consciousness, light, truth, to not come in, because it's always there, but for us to make space for it to blossom in our own consciousness, in our own body, in our own experience. And so I am unlimited spirit, you are unlimited spirit. And if I believe this and claim this and declare this for myself and start to experience it for myself, how can I not also extend that to you? I can't say to myself I am unlimited spirit but you're very limited. No, that doesn't make any sense, unless I'm playing some ego game of specialness where there's difference and separation. So when we do our own healing and awakening work, it absolutely translates, transfers to how we see others, how we relate to others, because we know there is no separation, there is no difference, that we're both expressions of the infinite in form, with different choices of consciousness. So, even if you're totally asleep, I still know who you are, even if you have no idea. Even if you have no idea and because of that you're doing things that we might say are very harmful or very just, false or very mean. Well, you forgive them, lord. They know not what they do. Jeshua said when he was on the cross right, forgive them. They don't know what they're doing, they don't know who they are. I know who they are and sometimes we forget who we are. That's why having reminders, that's why I have things in my office that remind me when I open my eyes, or people in my world that remind me, or a community that I'm a part of, because when I forget who I am, I've got reminders to help me remember. So today, nice little tangent there.

Speaker 1:

Today we are diving into section six creating a transformation journal. Let's go. I remember the first time that I read this lesson and that really got me started in my studies, like my deep studies of the way of mastery, because I did this and I think I literally probably rewrote the entire way of mastery, because that became my process of what we're gonna learn. Today I have journals upon journals of just almost word for word what the way of mastery was for me, like rewriting it over and over and over again and then doing some of the other things that Jeshua is going to invite us in. So let's get into it here. Creating a transformation journal. In this section there's not a lot of like commentary that I need to explain things. It's pretty self-explanatory. So let's see what happens. Jeshua begins. Much has been given to you in this lesson.

Speaker 1:

We would highly suggest for those committed to transformation that they go back and be very clear about what is being shared. Begin to create your own personal transformation journal. Let it be used for no other purpose. So we it's again, it's not Jeshua, you have a whole lineage with you are highly suggesting. If you're committed and if you're listening to a podcast about way of mastery, you're committed to some level for sure.

Speaker 1:

You're reading the way of mastery, you're on lesson 13. You've gotten this far, you're committed, and I'm going to encourage you to double down on your commitment to go from just theory and reading this stuff and kind of getting through it and maybe agreeing with it, to really doubling down on your commitment to what is being offered here, to the exercises that are so deliberate, that are so intentional, that are so crafted and architected for what you really want, which is to awaken and experience your own Christed nature on the daily, not just in random moments, but in moment to moment, to moment. So let's do this, let's do this together. If you're committed to transformation, then we must go back, and I would say, to the very beginning, to depending on what version of the way of mastery you have I think mine is the very, very beginning is the introduction. Go back to the introduction, then the editor's note, then the promise. Again, what is the rush? What's the rush? We're here to develop mastery, not to get through it onto the next thing.

Speaker 1:

Go back to the very beginning and be clear about what is being shared, and create your own journal and have it be just devoted to this practice, so he says. He continues take the journal and find a picture that represents for you the highest, the deepest, the most passionate, the most beautiful expression of love that you can imagine. Do not compare it to anybody else's. Just put it on the front of the journal. Buy a pen that will be used for no other reason than this. Find a place to place this journal so that nothing else occupies that space, whether it is on your altar or in a drawer by your bed. Find a place deliberately out of the field of your Christedness and say, ah, this is the place. So, because we're on this, I'm going to recommit to this practice. We're on this, I'm going to recommit to this practice. And when I think about a picture that represents for me the highest, the deepest, the most passionate, the most beautiful expression of love that you can imagine, I want to share a story with you. Let's go on another little journey together, because I'm looking at this picture right now. So I don't know if I've shared this on the pod and if I had. It's worth hearing again, because what I share is is not about me, it's about you, it's about us, it's about this journey.

Speaker 1:

So I was, I've been working with an incredible, gifted, skilled healer. Her name is Jude Weber and she is an expert using with many things and she is an expert using with many things. I met her through we've been connected and friends for many years through the University emotional freedom technique, where you tap on certain meridians in the body, certain energy meridians, and it supports calming the nervous system. But it's also related to my experience of it is there's so much value in your sharing what's going on for you. You take some experience that you're challenged with and then you kind of work through it, sharing your thoughts about it, and then jude so masterfully guides you to through this process and it brings incredible insights, incredible healing that I've experienced over the last year and change where I've gone through a lot of this has been like the most intense two years of my life from a physical, emotional, just growth perspective.

Speaker 1:

So we were doing a session the other day and I don't even remember what the. So often you start with one like what's on the surface, this is kind of not what's bothering me, but this is what's going on for me, is what I'm really struggling with, or something. And then it leads to something totally unrelated. So I don't even know what the original source was, that we started tapping on. But we got to this place where and a lot of this stuff is not logical, by the way, not like, oh, this makes sense to me or I remember this no, it's just like it just pops and it's just like an instant awareness or an instant knowing. And so I had this experience of being in this.

Speaker 1:

If you, if you follow, if you know about Lord of the Rings, the, the bad forces, or whatever, is like this, this place called Mordor, it's like this volcanic, very dark, you know place. And so I was in this Mordor type environment, like in which, why would I ever be there? Like I'm on the side of good, right, I'm on the side of good right, I'm on the side of light, not that they're sides, but like it was like, oh, this is where I am right now, inside of my consciousness, and all of a sudden, this awareness pops in that like, oh, I, I, I made a deal with the devil, quote-unquote. Like I signed an agreement. I made a, a deal to be a part of the dark forces and this is and I'm allowing this to come through even though, like a part of me is like, well, what the heck is this? Why would you ever do that? That doesn't feel like you. But I'm just acknowledging that and I'm just being aware that this is coming forward and there's a lot of power in that level of acceptance and that's been developed over the years. Instead of resisting and denying it, like getting mental about it, I'm just being curious about it and allowing it to come forward.

Speaker 1:

So I made this deal with the devil to do harm and there was incredible shame that just arose from within me, incredible sadness and shame. And then I realized that I did this. I made this deal with the devil because I was afraid and the devil offered me sanctuary and safety, even though, of course, it wasn't. But it was like, hey, you want to feel safe, let me take care of you, let me, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll keep you safe. Just sign right here in the dotted line and and be my minion. And you know, do do what I tell you to do out in the world. And maybe this was lifetimes ago. You know I'm not going to like analyze it like that, but this is what my experience was.

Speaker 1:

And so I'm in this place and all of a sudden, and I'm alone, I'm not like with the devil doing this. It's already been done. I've already done deeds that I'm shamed about, even though I don't specifically know what they are. And all of a sudden, this massive golden lion not made of gold but like this massive lion comes and pulls me out of the darkness into the light, and at first I'm terrified of it and it's surrounded by this golden energy and it speaks to me and it says remember who you are. You are the light. And the lion says to me I am the great redeemer. Be of good cheer for I have overcome the world. Be of good cheer for I have overcome the world and everything lifted.

Speaker 1:

And then I had this image that that I not only was saved by this lion, but then I saw I saw this, everything unfolding that I had made this agreement because I was afraid I had gone to the darkness, because I was afraid seeking safety. But I don't need that anymore. I knew who I was. The lion like breathed life into me and it's making me think a lot about, you know, kind of like the Chronicles of Narnia and Aslan, and that wasn't in my awareness. And then I had this image of myself as a king and with this new awareness and light, I decided to join the force of good, or rather join the lion, to to dedicate my my life to helping others wake up and see who they really are, not to save them, but to help them see who they are like. The lion helped me see who I was and I saw myself as like a king with a crown and a big shield and a sword, not to fight, but just representing whatever those things represent the sword of truth and, I don't know, the shield of safety, and the crown of royalty, meaning of the divine. And I saw myself riding this massive lion around, just black, you know, like that's. I don't want to say saving people, but just bringing the light and helping people wake up to who they are. And so this was all in this session and it was just brought tremendous, like, oh, massive flooding of love and emotion and oh my, whether my brain made this up or whatever, I was having a real experience of this and so it moved me so much.

Speaker 1:

I went on to chat GPT after and I started typing in some words to create this image. And I created this. Really, or chat GPT created this beautiful image of a king with his robes and his crown and a shield and a sword standing next to in this field, standing next to this massive lion that is kind of surrounded by this golden light. It looks freaking awesome. And so I took this image, I put it in Canva and I put the text on the image which says I am the great redeemer. Be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world and even talking about it now it's like bring up emotion, like love, just like overwhelming love, and I printed it out as an eight by 10. I got this gold ornate frame around it and it sits on my desk now and I look at it every day and it reminds me of who I am and it reminds me of why I'm here and it reminds me why I do this podcast. So I will take that image and I'll recreate it, because the 8x10 is too big for a journal unless I get an 8x10 journal and that's what I'm going to put on the cover of my journal and it doesn't have to be this elaborate story, but it could be whatever is, as Jeshuaua says um, let's see, hold on. I put my book down to tell its story the most passionate, the highest, the deepest, the most beautiful expression of love that you can imagine. Maybe it's just a picture of jeshua, maybe it's a little sticker of a dove or just a heart or whatever. Who cares? You can draw it on there.

Speaker 1:

But like, the idea is that this journal is sacred for you, that it is an extension of your way of mastery, that you buy a pen that you use for no other reason than this. The pen isn't magical or sacred. It's your intention that is imbued with the power of love. So you can get a regular Bic pen or you could have fun with it. Go on Amazon and find a fancy pen for you know 10 bucks or whatever. Maybe you get a Jesus pen, maybe you get a heart pen, maybe you get a lion pen, in my case. But like, this is my journal, this is my way to awakening and I'm going to treat it as such and I'm going to find a sacred space for it. What makes it sacred? My own intention. There's no magic in the space, but it's my intention that imbues it with with love and with power. So let's do this together Get it, order it today, make it a fun project Above all, god thinks playfully have fun with it. So let's continue.

Speaker 1:

Then, each time you begin a lesson, go through it carefully and write down the key points that are being shared. Through it carefully and write down the key points that are being shared. Decide what they will mean for you and decide what steps you will take to incorporate them into your lived daily experience, even if that means that they are not going to be incorporated at all. Take 100% responsibility for the decision and write it down in your journal, for example. Quote I don't think I'm going to do that. I own it. I decide freely. That's the way it is. This is an important paragraph. So while Jeshua is giving us instructions, he's also empowering us, which is he's done since the very beginning. So each time you begin a lesson and so this is what I did you don't have to do this way.

Speaker 1:

When I got to this part, which is lesson 13, I continued my daily reading of lesson 13, but I also I took my. I made more time. I went back, I had my journal and I started doing this as well. So each morning, I would read my lesson 13 or whatever as I kept going. But I would also go back to the beginning and have time for this journal process and I would write down the key points that are being shared word for word. That's how I would do it, like a quote, a line, a paragraph and decide.

Speaker 1:

See, this is important, decide what they will mean for you. Well, your brain might be like well, how am I supposed to decide what it means for me? You're, you know, I don't know. That's why I'm reading this. You tell me what it means, but but we, I I recall and I don't remember exactly where it is. Again, I can't quote the specific lesson in the section yet, maybe after 10 more years of studying this and teaching it.

Speaker 1:

But Jeshua says don't take my word for anything. Don't take anyone's word for anything. Figure it out, what it means for you. Don't follow any teacher that tells you what to do. You only follow a teacher, because that teacher you're well beyond that teacher Any good teacher is going to invite you to figure out what it means for you, because your answers are within you, your truth is within you. So you decide what something will mean for you, and I speak from this, from personal experience, if you like. What you say today is coming from. What you decide that a line will mean for you today is coming from a certain level of consciousness as you continue on in this work.

Speaker 1:

If you read the entire and you apply the entire way of mastery teaching, and then you go back and start from the beginning again and you reread that same line that inspired you from lesson two, and now you're on your second time around of lesson two, you may decide that it means something different for you this time, and that's OK. So there's not just one definition of things and one way it is for us. Like, as we expand, our awareness expands. Right now I'm teaching and sharing my experience of the way of mastery, but a year, two years, three years from now, it's probably going to be different, deeper, more expansive, and that's okay. We all have to be where we are and Jeshua says and decide what steps you will take to incorporate the key points into your lived daily experience, into your daily life is your ashram, but the key is incorporating this. Okay, I wrote this down. This is a key point, key point of forgiveness. That forgiveness isn't forgiving someone else, it's forgiving myself for having forgotten the truth.

Speaker 1:

So am I going to apply that? Am I going to look for my judgments today? Just be curious. Oh look, I'm judging my wife. I'm judging my boss. I'm judging something I see on social media. I'm judging some person in the car. What are the steps that I will incorporate into my day when I notice I'm judging someone? Well, step one I'm going to notice that. I'm going to just have awareness. Oh look, I'm in judgment of this person. Because I don't have the awareness, I can't make a change. Step two I'm going to get curious about it. Huh, well, what belief am I holding? What thought is creating this feeling of judgment towards this person? And then the next step once I can acknowledge that, well, I acknowledge that they're being reckless.

Speaker 1:

Let's say, it's driving in the car and somebody cuts me off and I judge them. Oh look, I'm judging them. Well, what is that? What's the thought? Well, they're being reckless. Okay, so they're being reckless. Is there anything underneath that? Well, they're selfish. They only care about themselves. They're putting other people at risk because they only care about themselves. Okay, they only care about themselves. They're selfish.

Speaker 1:

Now, where do I do that to myself? Am I selfish? Have I ever been selfish towards another person? 100%, yes, yes and yes, oh. So can I bring love and compassion to myself? And why would I be selfish?

Speaker 1:

I'm afraid. I'm afraid that I lack something. This is for me. I'm just saying it might be different for you, but for me, let's say I'm afraid, I feel like I'm lacking, I feel like I'm not enough. So I need to be selfish to get what I feel like I lack at the expense of someone else. That's where I've forgotten, that's where I've lost my way. So let me apply love to that, let me forgive myself for that misunderstanding that I'm holding, and come back to the place where I and my father are one that I am the creator of everything I experience, that what I decree is so. So I am unlimited spirit, I am whole, I am complete, I am expansive, I'm a powerful creator. All of those things are declarations that are different. Energy than I lack, I'm in lack, I'm not enough, I'm unworthy. I need to get what I'm lacking. So that would be steps to incorporate into my live, daily experience. The teaching from lesson three of forgiveness, for example. And Jeshua gives us freedom again.

Speaker 1:

And then we'll close on this, he says, even if it means that one of your steps is to not take any steps at all, that I'm not going to incorporate this today or at all. Maybe I don't agree with it right now, maybe it's just too much work, maybe I don't feel like it, it doesn't matter what the reason is. But it's taking complete ownership, 100 percent responsibility for the decision, and write it down in your journal. I write this, I write this line down from lesson three about forgiveness. And I'm not going to do it. Let's just because let's be honest with ourselves, let's take responsibility. Let that's being empowered versus coming up with all these excuses. No, I don't think I'm going to do that and I own it and I decide freely and that's the way it is. We are being empowered to take responsibility for our experience, to be be empowered in our choices and to be conscious and intentional about everything. That's a different level of awareness, that's a different experience of living than most of us have. We're very on autopilot with a lot of things have. We're very on autopilot with a lot of things instead of intentional. So this is just the first three paragraphs of this section on creating a transformational journal. I told a lot of stories today.
