Hello and welcome back to Living the Way of Mastery. I am Jason Amoroso, your guide and friend and fellow student. And today we continue with Lesson 16, the Birth of Egoic Consciousness. Section 1, the First Level of Creation Pure Spirit. And today is New Year's Eve 2024. Pure spirit, and today is New Year's Eve 2024. And so I just want to thank everyone who has been on this journey and I guess, if you're listening, wherever you are, whenever you are, I want to thank you for being a part of this journey too. This has been an intense, amazing, beautiful year of revelation, of deeper embodiment and understanding of these teachings of ourselves as divine beings having a human experience, and just the joy of being on this journey, learning and growing and practicing together. So I want to thank you for that and let's dive in and continue.
Speaker 1:The first level of creation pure spirit. Jeshua begins is when that which we call God or Abba first began the indescribable, the unexplainable mystery of birthing himself forth out of the eternal matrix of his being. That first level of creation was pure capital S Spirit. A subtle, subtle movement in which a gentle sunbeam begins to emerge from the sun or a ray of light soundlessly begins to emanate from light itself, capital L, light itself. Now, in this lesson, as I shared in the previous episode which started this lesson, I'm going to invite you to not just read these words it is a story, jesus was telling us a story but to slow down and to feel the words. To slow down and to ask that your imagination, your consciousness show, you, bring to you experiences beyond your intellect, so that you may taste of what this story is. Because when we just read it from the mind, it's at least for me, it's like nice to read about. But it can be just words, like I'm reading about something and I want to see if I can experience the thing itself. So you may only read a paragraph, this paragraph, and then close your eyes and meditate on certain phrases and meditate on certain phrases God or Abba, the indescribable, unexplainable mystery of birthing himself forth out of the eternal matrix of his being. What does that feel like? When you close your eyes and you meditate on that? What does your imagination bring to you? What do you feel in the body? The unexplainable mystery of birthing himself forth.
Speaker 1:Jeshua uses this word over and over again and we've talked about it. The mystery is unknown, and that's okay. There's almost the paradox of complete knowledge, that Jeshua is speaking from, complete knowledge and awareness of who and what he is, capital H-E, who and what you are, capital Y-U, the one. I and my father are one, and yet he's also acknowledging that, as he knows, capital K knows that it's a mystery for him as well, because once you know something, it's not a mystery anymore. So, sitting in this paradox, asking to be shown, to be felt, glimpses, images, feelings to be felt, glimpses, images, feelings, so that you may participate in this story, that's the invitation, and I'll go back to the text here that the first level of creation was pure spirit, a subtle, subtle movement in which a gentle sunbeam begins to emerge from the sun or ray of light soundlessly begins to emanate from light itself. So there is only one life, there is only one consciousness and, through story, jeshua is inviting us into an understanding of the, an understanding of the extension of love, of the extension, the expansion of spirit, of which we are a part of, and not just a part. But we are it. Spoiler alert you are it, while your mind cannot comprehend that right now because we seem to be separate. You seem to be there, listening to me over here, and yet it's one consciousness, one life expressing itself infinitely, knowing itself infinitely, and this is the beautiful awareness that we're waking up to that there is no separation, that you're, my. The source is one. Your source is within you the kingdom of God. Everything that you are seeking is already here, it's already within you. Even if your body is riddled with cancer, even if you've got debts that you cannot pay, even if you seem to be all alone, dying for companionship, the kingdom of God is within you and everything you're seeking is within you, is within you and we are being shown the way, many ways home, and this is a way that was taught by Jeshua, that was taught to him as he shares. So let us continue in this beautiful story In pure spirit.
Speaker 1:You are unbounded, you are without form, but you are not without consciousness. You are not without capital S self-awareness. In spirit, there is only self, not small self and other, not small s self, apart from form, but simply capital S self, radiant, shimmering, unbounded, alone, yet not lonely, rather filled with capital S self, filled with God, filled with love. And this, again, can be a hard concept for the brain to grasp, and this is why we are invited to receive this and each word from the heart, that you are unbounded. You are without form, in truth, and so you can. You are a divine being, a timeless, boundless, infinite being without form, and you know.
Speaker 1:What's really interesting about the second paragraph Is that Jeshua is saying you. So wait what he's talking about me now. I thought he was talking about God and how God himself, god itself, began creating the first level of creation pure spirit. So why, all of a sudden, is he saying in this paragraph in pure spirit, you are unbounded, you are without form? He's saying he's talking to you because there is only one. This is God, expressed as Jeshua speaking to God, expressed as you. But it is all God, it is all life and it's all connected, it's all one. You have access to it all. Now, just because all of a sudden you don't have this awakening instantly doesn't mean that it's not true, doesn't mean that it's not true, doesn't mean that it's not true.
Speaker 1:Give yourself the experience that you're having, knowing that the experience you're having in your life, your daily mundane life, or maybe not Monday, and maybe your daily chaotic life, whatever it, your daily big life, your daily small life, whatever your daily life is, that is your ashram, that is your gift. It's only when we compare our life, our journey, what we're going through, either to someone else's, to someone else's life well, they don't have to go through this. Or look what they have that I don't. Or look what they're aware of that I don't. They have special healing gifts. They are psychic or I'm not. They're very intuitive, I'm not. They're very creative, way more than me, so I'm not there.
Speaker 1:Yet we keep saying to ourself we compare our life to someone else's, or we compare our life to some imagination or expectation that we're holding. It doesn't measure up to where I think I should be the shoulds, and then we suffer, and then we suffer. When we compare, we're missing the whole thing. We're denying our unique curriculum. We're saying to God or our higher self, which is the same thing, let me say that again. We're saying to God God's not old man in the sky, god is life itself. We're saying to God or our higher self, which is the same thing your higher self is God. It is life expressed. That my path should be different, that what I have been given to grow and learn from is wrong or off or not. What I need, that's ego, that is the small self-thinking. This is what I want. This is you're demanding something that you don't have, and so that's what we're saying when we compare our life to someone else's or an idea of what our life should look like, when we resist what our life looks like, when we're not accepting in acceptance of what our life is like right now, we're missing the whole point. We're missing the gifts that we've been given.
Speaker 1:When we look at a physical ailment and we say this should be fixed, this should be healed, this shouldn't be, I shouldn't be sick, I shouldn't have this injury, I shouldn't have this dis-ease, we're missing the whole point. That dis-ease, that illness, that condition, whatever it is, is a way and it's your way. How do I know that? Because it's in your life, it's in your experience, it is the way into God. It's not in the way, it is the way into you uncovering, revealing, remembering, knowing God as you, god in you, that you are more than a body, that you are more than a condition, that you are more than a circumstance. This is the message of Jeshua and every enlightened master, master, that you are more than what you appear to be.
Speaker 1:So jeshua, here, all of a sudden, is talking about you and he says, in pure spirit, you are unbounded. You are without form, but you are not without consciousness awareness. You are not without consciousness awareness. You are not without self-awareness. I am the first. I am is the only I am. I am that, I am not. I am anything. I am. Love In some way, yes, it's true, but it limits, it's putting a condition on I am, I am God, I am a husband, I am a wife, I am white, I am black, I am 80 years old, I am 30 years old, I am a firefighter, I am unemployed.
Speaker 1:Anything you put after I am is putting a condition on I am. The ultimate. The ultimate is I am, I am, that, I am. This is what you are. Meditate on that and let it sink into you. Be still and know that I am God in the midst of you, god as you. So you are not without self-awareness ever and in spirit, there is only capital S self, and you are that self, not self, and other, not self apart from form, but simply self, radiant, shimmering, unbounded. These are beautiful words.
Speaker 1:Can you sit in meditation for five minutes today and just imagine, feel open to radiance, feel radiant and if you're like I, feel anything but radiant. Imagine, use your imagination. Remember when we were kids and you would pretend to play house, or you'd pretend to play doctor, or you'd pretend to be an astronaut, or you'd pretend to be a professional athlete, or you'd pretend to be whatever. As a kid, you'd pretend to be a unicorn or a monster. Right, you'd pretend and it would feel somewhat real for you. This is the power of your consciousness, of imagination.
Speaker 1:Sit in your chair today for five minutes, close your eyes and pretend or imagine what you think it would feel like to be radiant, to be shimmering, to be unbounded. Just sit and feel what that would feel like. Start to feel it in your body. This is what we do in our meditation every day, Monday through Friday, 10 am Eastern, for five minutes. Come, it's free, come join us. Make it a practice. We do it every day. We've been doing it every day for three years, monday through Friday. Of course, there's a few days where something comes up, but for the most part, every single day, we've been doing it.
Speaker 1:We are practicing, creating our experience. We are practicing our consciousness, using it intentionally, using it to see that I am not a victim of the world, that I see that, no matter what is happening out there I can create my state of being. I can create a feeling and a state of being of radiance, even if I just got laid off from my job, even if my teenage son is addicted to vaping, even if the government isn't the way that I want it to be or my bank account doesn't look the way that I want it to be, or my significant other is really questioning our relationship. Whatever it is, you are simply the self, alone, yet not lonely, rather filled with self, filled with God, filled with love, alone, yet not lonely. If you have been feeling lonely, that is an invitation into the feeling of loneliness, to sit with the feeling of loneliness and, as you do, at some point it will be revealed to you the gift of this feeling of loneliness. Maybe it's an awareness of an understanding that you truly cannot be alone, that you truly cannot be alone, that you truly cannot be alone, that you do not need another, you do not need another to feel more complete, to feel love, that there is a presence inside of you that is always with you, that there is a love inside of you that is always with you, that there are expressions of God, people, beings, other consciousnesses, which is part of the one consciousness that is with you always. Jeshua is with you always.
Speaker 1:If you are a student of the way of mastery or the student of Christ consciousness, in whatever form it shows up, it doesn't have to be through the way of mastery, it could be through many ways. The Infinite Way by Joel Goldsmith Love Joel Goldsmith, by the way the Infinite Way by Joel Goldsmith, it doesn't matter. If you're a student of God, a student of Christ consciousness, you are never alone, alone, yet not lonely. Well, you are alone, but you're not lonely, rather filled with self, filled with God, filled with love. Let this be our daily lived experience to be in the world, but not of the world, because we know who we are and we know who everyone else is, know who everyone else is, and then you start to see that people are pretending, they're pretending to be separate. Part of them is choosing to have this experience of separation, but we know it's inevitable that one day they'll wake up, because they want to wake up and they'll choose whatever pathway that they can handle or they want to wake up.
Speaker 1:Some people use cancer to wake up. Some people use an accident to wake up. Some people use death of the body to wake up. Some people use a child to wake up. Some people use a job to wake up. Who knows? There's no limitation of what we can use to wake up. Some people use a bird to wake up. The messengers are infinite.
Speaker 1:So I think we're going to stop there today. 18 minutes, love you guys. Two paragraphs, yes. This.
Speaker 1:I just feel like definitely this episode and this whole lesson is going to be an exercise in really getting out of the intellect and dropping into a different layer of listening, like slowing down inside of ourselves as we move through this lesson, because it's so easy, especially in story time, to just want to kind of get through this. Okay, I get, I get it. God is life and it's starting to extend itself and all these things that we kind of get. But we just want to move through Slow down. There's no rush, and the answers are all here, already within you, and we're on this journey together.
