Living The Way of Mastery with Jason Amoroso
Lesson 16: The Creation of the Soul
Lesson 16: The Birth of Egoic Consciousness
Section 2: The Creation of the Soul
Paragraphs: 1-7
Ever pondered the origins of your egoic consciousness or wondered how your soul came to be? Join us, as we unravel these mystifying concepts through the teachings of Jeshua. Picture the divine light as an endless stream, joyfully creating the soul like a playful drop of milk that momentarily separates from its whole. This metaphor serves as a gentle reminder that what appears as individuation is merely an illusion, as we are eternally part of the greater spirit. Discover how recognizing every being as an expression of God can completely transform your perception, revealing the interconnectedness and unity that bind all life.
Embrace life’s transitions and separations as beautiful births into love, shifting the narrative to one of positivity and shared growth. I express heartfelt gratitude for your constant companionship on this journey and emphasize the profound value of community and connection.
This episode invites you to view life not just as your own story but as a collective one, woven together by shared experiences and understanding. Make sure to support our expanding community by sharing, liking, and subscribing, and let's continue fostering a deeper sense of unity and love in our daily lives.

hello and welcome back to living the way mastery. I'm Jason Amoroso, your guide and friend and fellow student, and today we continue with lesson 16, the birth of egoic consciousness. Section 3 the creation of the soul. We're going to learn about the creation of the soul. How freakin awesome is that? And Jeshua is telling us the story. So we begin.
Speaker 1:He says now, in this ceaseless movement from that which never moves, as the ray of light emerges from light, capital l, light, divine, unbounded, eternal, unobstructed in the very desire to be creative, to extend creativity ceaselessly, and that is what creation is. Capital S Spirit begins to condense or descend. These are both very spatial terms. Again, we are now using language that finds its source on your side of the fence, that is, on the side of the fence of phenomenal existence, not on the side of the fence of spirit, where language is hardly required. So Jeshua is meeting us where we're at, using analogies that we're going to understand, because sometimes, reading this, you read it, it sounds beautiful and the brains like what is ceaseless movement from that which never moves? What does that mean? It's okay if you don't understand it, if you feel it. That's what it's all about. It's this idea that spirit is changeless. This ray of light emerges from capital l, light divine in the very desire, and we reference back to I think it's lesson five, the five keys to the kingdom, and lesson four, where desire is everything, that spirit, the all that is, had this desire to extend itself, and that's all it does, ceaselessly, never ending. That's what creation is and that's what you are. Every thought you have is creative, every action you take is creative. Everything is to extend creation. And so he says, spirit continues its dance as the one mind capital M mind God entertains in italics entertains the extension of creation. And spirit begins to condense into something that has not yet ever occurred the thought and again we are still operating at a level of pure thought, pure potentiality, there is not yet the deep darkness of the space, of your universe or of any dimension whatsoever, begins to condense into a thought of individuation. This is the beginning of everything creation.
Speaker 1:Wise, it's a beautiful story and says perhaps you have seen in your television commercials when the oh, we got to go back. Spirit continues its dance as the one mind, god entertains the extension of creation, entertaining Above all, all God thinks playfully. So this is a creative act. It's not Serious life-or-death business. It's hey, I'm gonna could create and extend myself ceaselessly to, just for the joy of it. And this is at the level of pure thought, pure potentiality. Nothing has manifested at this point. But he says God begins to condense into a thought of individuation.
Speaker 1:So perhaps you have seen in your television commercials when the milk is poured into the glass in slow motion. As the milk hits the glass it begins to move back up the sides as the cup begins to fill, and at the last moment, when the carton is tilted back and the pouring has stopped, the motion that has been started creates the phenomenon of a circular drop of milk which rises and for a very temporary moment seems to become separated from the body of milk in the glass itself, seems to become separated from the body of milk in the glass itself, probably for everyone listening, I think our demographic here is people over 40. You remember those commercials when you were a kid of the milk being poured in the glass and then that little drop of milk that jumps up out of the glass, the milk in the glass. It jumps up and then it falls back in. That's what Jeshua is talking about. He says it emerges and in a split second, you who are watching the screen, have the awareness of an individuated drop of milk that seems to exist completely independent. It seems to exist completely independent of the body of milk itself. Then, in the next moment, it drops back into the body of milk and you lose awareness of it as a separate thing, a separate drop of milk, but it is still milk. From your place of perception, it merely looked, as though in italics, as though it had separate existence.
Speaker 1:Of course Jeshua is talking about the soul, jesua is talking about us. That it seems to. So if something seems to be, it not actually is. It just is appearing that way from one perception that it's this separate thing, but then it quickly returns back. It's always been milk, it always will be milk. It was never really separate from the milk. Of course, the analogy is us, he says.
Speaker 1:Now, that is an analogy, of course, since the soul is not made of milk. But it does create a picture for you of what occurs when the body of spirit continues in its entertainment of creativity, out of which emerges what we have called soul, the first subtle inception of the thought of individuation, of that which is an individuated expression of the fullness of spirit, which is light, which is god, which is what you are, an individuated expression of the same substance of the milk, an individuated expression of light of God. That's what you are. And, by the way, the people that you judge the most, the people you think are enemies, the people you think are the problem in your life, whether it's the government, your in-laws, your parents, your kids, even your past, all those people, all those creation beings, they're all the milk, they're all individuated aspects of God. It reminds me of that beautiful quote that Gandhi says If you can't see God in the next person in front of you, don't waste your time looking further. You're not going to see him, you're not going to see it, you're not going to see her. Whatever, god is the source of all life.
Speaker 1:So jeshua continues, why? All for the joy of extending creation, that that one might be aware of itself in an endless variety of form. This is where it begins the delight, delight in italics, the delight of creation. That is what you are. Exclamation point In pure soul, there is still only pure potentiality. There has not yet been what you would know as experience. There is, however, the first subtle awareness of the one capital S self being aware of itself. So everything the soul, jeshua is letting us know that, out of God's delight to continue to extend itself to the joy of knowing itself in an infinite variety of forms, it creates.
Speaker 1:This is what your life is about too. You are a ceaseless creator and you can create from the slog of survival, of negativity. You can create from that place and experience all that that brings. Or you can see your life as a playful creation. Oh, look what I created A little bankruptcy. Let's make another choice. Oh, look what I created A little cancer, let's make another choice. Oh, look what I created An amazing relationship with awesome sex. Let's make a different choice. Or let's see how long this plays out. Right Like it's.
Speaker 1:You are the creator of your experience at a soul level. At a soul level, there's not yet been what you know as experience. He says the first subtle awareness of the one self being aware of itself. This is the beginning, and the next section is titled separation is birth, so there's an awareness of the one, and then there's this tiny mad idea, just an idea of separation, that then creates the experience of separation. So we're getting a beautiful behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the soul, and the emphasis in this section is God's desire to extend itself playfully, to entertain the idea of itself, to create a soul, to create an individuated aspect of itself in an endless variety of forms, to know itself in a new way, for the joy of it.
Speaker 1:This is what you are, so let's enjoy this and tomorrow we'll start on. Separation is birth Love. You guys have an amazing day. Thanks for being on the journey with me.
