Lesson 17: The Journey of the Soul
Section 2: Coming Into The Body
Paragraphs: 1-6

What if you didn’t fall into your life—you chose it? We explore a provocative map of incarnation that starts with a simple move of attention: consciousness “turns down the thermostat” to resonate with the physical world, narrowing from infinite awareness to one timeline, one family, one body. Rather than traveling somewhere, you tune to a station so clearly that other stations fade. The payoff is focus. The risk is forgetting who you are.

We dive into the moment of conception as a quantum leap, when attention becomes almost entirely identified with the forming body. From there, the “web of relationship” takes shape: mother and father aren’t just caregivers but energetic matrices that the fetus grows from, absorbing patterns, stress, love, and limits. This isn’t about blame; it’s about orientation. If your soul selected these conditions, then your first relationships, your culture, even your body’s quirks and challenges, become specific lessons in a curriculum designed for your growth.

That lens changes everything. Without it, we feel like victims of our past. With it, the body is an instrument, not a verdict; trauma is a teacher, not a sentence. We talk about the shock that makes us forget Spirit and how practices like breathwork help us remember—expanding our attention beyond one station to the larger field of awareness. Along the way we discuss timelines, choice, and the quiet thread that never forgets, even when we feel lost. The aim isn’t to bypass pain but to hold it inside a wider purpose, where meaning and responsibility meet compassion.

SPEAKER_00:

Hello and welcome back to Living the Way of Mastery. I'm Jason I'm Marosa, your guide and friend, and today we continue with lesson 17, The Journey of the Soul, Section 2, Coming Into Body. Jeshua continues, as you begin to descend, which means to bring your attention or to slow your vibration of consciousness down as you begin to incarnate, you did not so much go anywhere as merely, shall we say, turn your thermostat down, so that the quality of your consciousness, your essence, your soul began to vibrate at a frequency that resonated with the third dimensional plane. Your attention, your focus, your desire began more and more to be focused on one unique particular set of circumstances. These circumstances are the web of relationship created by the parents and created by the cultural milieu in which they live. That quality of consciousness, that field of energy is like a spinning vortex within a larger spinning vortex called the world. From your place of perception, as you begin to descend, the world is not solid at all. It is just another dimension of vibration with its own peculiar parameters. So, I mean, I don't know how much commentary there is. It's pretty straightforward. You are pure consciousness, pure awareness, and you decide to come into a body into a certain set of circumstances to learn certain lessons with certain desires that your soul has. I mean, that's what we've been saying. So you slow your vibration down, so to speak. He says you turn your thermostat down from this radiant knowing exactly who and what you are to forgetting who and what you are, to come into what seems like a physical body of separation. So that just like when you tune into a certain radio station, you can't hear other stations. I would say it's very similar. You attune your frequency to resonate with the third-dimensional plane. And your attention, your focus, your desire is focused on one unique particular set of circumstances, your parents, the culture, the environment. And he says this quality of consciousness, this field of energy is like a spinning vortex within a larger spinning vortex called the world. Makes me think about um Abraham Hicks, the vortex, getting into the vortex of what we want. From a soul perspective, what we have chosen, the life we have chosen to incarnate in, the parents, the environment, the situation, the timeline. The timeline, even right? Because we know time doesn't really exist. Linear time doesn't exist. So can't we just pop into a certain time? That's what I would think. If it's all happening now and all the timelines are kind of running parallel with each other, you get to choose which timeline your your consciousness is popping into. But anyways, that's getting lost in the weeds. So you as soul, you as individuated consciousness, began to descend into incarnation. This cannot occur before the moment of conception in your mother's womb. Usually it is at that point of conception when you as a soul became involved in the very act by which conception occurs, and a new form of life begins to develop within the womb. In that moment there is a flash, what you might call a quantum leap, and your attention becomes almost entirely fixated on, identified with the particular quality of energy that is that new birthing of a physical form. You have, quote, come into body, end quote. Coming into body simply means that you have fixated your attention away from all other dimensions and have, quote, taken on, end quote, the unique, particular, and sometimes very peculiar parameters involved in that physical form. So again, we're hearing these words and phrases over and over. You are a soul, you are the infinite all life, call it God, call it source, call it what Atman, uh, that has come into an individuated expression and consciousness, but it's still part of the one. And when you decided to come into this particular vibration called the third dimension, you descend into incarnation that this moment cannot occur before the moment of conception in your mother's womb. Jeshua doesn't really get anything more than that. Basically, you can't come into a body until you come into your mother's womb. Usually it's at that point of conception when you as a soul become involved in the very act by which conception occurs. Oh, maybe we'll hear more about that. Little love potion number nine, and a new form of life begins to develop within the womb. And he says, in that moment, there's a flash. I think there's literally a flash of light when the sperm fertilizes the egg. That's kind of cool. In that moment, there's a flash, what you might call a quantum leap. And again, in one of our previous recent episodes, I talked about the show with Scott Bacula back in the, I think, late 80s called Quantum Leap, where he would leap into a body and basically assume, kind of like being John Malkovich, and he would assume that identity, that person, and he always had some incomplete mission that he needed to finish. And once he finished it, he would quantum leap into another body in another time. And I think he was always trying to like quantum leap home. I think that was the bigger picture, but he it was like each episode was different. You know, one episode he's a black lady, one episode he's like an old Jewish man, one episode. I don't think he ever was an animal. Maybe he was, but you know, he's always got some mission that he's got to do to complete to quantum leap into the next one. But Jeshua's using that language too. A quantum leap, and your attention becomes almost that's an interesting word to add in there, almost entirely fixated on, identified with the particular quality of energy that is that new birthing of a physical form. You've come into body. I think he says almost because a part of us, I think, is always aware and awake if we're really honest. A part of us knows that we're not the body. A part of us knows that we're that we're connected to something bigger than ourselves. That's why I think it says almost entirely fixated on, but not completely. And then he says you've come into body, and this means that you've fixated your attention. So, really, again, just to reiterate, what is what you are, what what I am is pure, God is pure creative consciousness. That's it, pure awareness. So you've fixated your attention away from all other dimensions and have taken on the unique, particular, and sometimes very peculiar parameters involved in the physical form. Everybody is different. You are not the body. Some people choose a lesson where their body is, I don't, for lack of a better word, crippled or disabled, or blind, or abnormal in some way, right? It's not about the physical body, but the physical body can be absolutely a vehicle for our curriculum. It is for everybody. Everybody's got a relationship with quote unquote their own body, so that's a part of the journey. Heidi continues. What is that physical form made of? Inert matter? Hardly, exclamation point. Hardly. It is itself a web of relationships created by the particular vibrational pattern of the mother and the father. Therefore, as you come into this world, the very relationships that you have are with the mother and father, and you know and feel them intimately. For you are now identified with a growing physical form that is itself growing out of in italics, growing out of, like a wave coming out of a particular ocean, the matrix of energies that make up the mother and the father. This is this is hopefully what we know. Like you, I've had sessions with different healers or guides where I've been, I don't know, you could say like regressed back into the womb and had awarenesses of the vibration of how I felt in the womb. Now, to my brain, that makes no sense, but I've had those experiences where beyond the shadow of a doubt, I'm experiencing what I, the, the energy, the vibration of what was going on in the womb. I mean, we know that uh fetuses can hear, that they feel vibration. Like we know all these things. So the environment that so without this kind of spiritual perspective, in my opinion, we are victims. We're just victims. Oh, you're a victim to your parents and what they did and the environment you grew up with. You gotta just deal with the hand that you were dealt. That's how a lot of people feel. But from this context, it's so empowering. We're not a victim. We chose this, we chose this environment. We chose the issues, the traumas, if you want to call them. We chose the the frequency, the vibration, the traumas, the issues, the upsets, the we chose the all of the things that our parents dealt with. And we all deal with shit as a parent now. I got my shit, my wife has her shit. Like our kids decided to come through us knowing our shit. And it's like, that's so empowering as a soul. You're like, ooh, that's the perfect environment. And the perfect mother with all of her issues and all of her pains and all of her limiting beliefs and all of her traumas and how she was raised by her mother and all the all the generations. That's the perfect environment for this woman and this man to get together. And I'm coming in in this environment because it gives me exactly what I need. And Jeshua calls this the web of relationships with a particular vibrational pattern. I'm just breaking it down in layman's terms for you. So the very first relationships that are so intimate are your mother and your father. You, as a soul, and as a baby, as a fetus, you absorbed the environment you were in. Not for better or for worse. It was part of your curriculum. It's not like, well, you guys have to deal with it. No, that's what your soul chose to grow and learn through. And some souls, and this is not just me saying this, this is uh, this is the Seth books, this is Bashar, this is, I think, the way of mastery, this is many other teachers and teachings. That, and I had my goddaughter died of SIDS when she was born a premi. She came home from the hospital, I think like two months later, and then she died like two weeks later. And that was her curriculum. And she changed lives. She'd be about my son's age now, 20 years old. And she changed lives through her presence. Absolutely. And what uh her mother and father have gone on to do to support grieving families has changed lives. So it's like from the human perspective, oh, it's a tragedy, oh, this shouldn't happen. And and we are right to grieve. If we feel that, feel your feelings. I'm not saying bypass it intellectually with this information. Feel your feelings and also know that there is some, we know there's something bigger at play. We know there's a higher purpose for everything. So Jeshua's saying, now as the soul coming into this body, you have identified with a growing physical form. And then he uses the analogies used from the beginning, this wave coming out of an ocean. It's still part of the ocean, but it's just a unique expression for a temporary amount of time, even though time doesn't exist. But it's like the wave rises and then it returns into the ocean. That's what this life is like. And this is the last paragraph of this section. Here is also where your quote struggle, end quote, begins. Your struggle to create yourself in the world. Your struggle begins in italics, begins to find yourself. For the majority of you, this process whereby attention is shifted from a different state of consciousness into the physical dimension, this flash, this quantum leap, this shifting of attention was so dramatic and required such a shock that you began to forget your connection to spirit. You began to forget your realization that you are soul, pure consciousness. You began to lose awareness of your freedom. You could call it becoming unconscious or falling asleep. In other terms from A Course of Miracles, you went the shock was so much it was the veil of forgetfulness. You forgot who you really are. And that's why at Revelation Breath Work, we define healing as simply remembering who you already are, who you've always been, who you couldn't be anything other, which is this soul, this individuated aspect of the divine. I know for me, as I've quote unquote healed, as I've remembered, it's it's like, oh yeah, this is who I've always been. There's a part of me that is eternal, there's a part of me that is vast, there's a part of me that is powerful, there's a part of me that can never die, there's a part of me that's always been. And I'm not talking about like memory. Well, how far does your memory go back? That's not it. It's like the eternal I've always been, the eternal I am nature of life. At least for me, that's healing. And everything else kind of aligns itself with that. So this is what Jeshua is saying is the struggle is you forget who you are because the shock was so big. And this teaching is a nice little map home. It's the way of mastery, it's the way of remembering. So this is the section coming into a body, and I'm grateful to be on this journey with you.
