Is there something in your life that you want?

A healthier body?
A healthy relationship?
More money?
More confidence?

The key is a manifestation

For things to happen you have to put it out there and create a clear vision every day for what you want

i.e want a healthier body?
Close your eyes and imagine yourself living the life that you would with this healthier body, imagine the clothes you will be wearing, and imagine all the things you say yes to, imagine how the confidence you have will feel.
Do this for a minimum of 68 seconds a day and allow yourself to feel the way you will feel with this healthier version of yourself as if it is now.

Watch your body and mind follow the clear directions you are giving them.

To behave and make choices that align with this vision you have for yourself.

Your mind will follow the commands you give it.

If you are imagining yourself running a trail running and then jumping into the ocean in a swimsuit and feeling so sexy and confident as you do it, your mind is now getting commands that this is who you are and so will start choosing meals and activities to get you into alignment with this body.

It's magic!!
