Hey, it's Em and we are here
with finally here at launch day for the becoming your warrior
podcast. Obviously, I am super excited, I've been working on
this for a while, I'm just so excited to bring you into this
and have you be part of this and what a day to launch. It's
Monday, the 14th of February 2022 is Valentine's Day, it is.
the day of love.
And I'm going. to start just by putting my hand
on my heart and saying this from the most beautiful place. I
don't care right now, if you are in a relationship, I don't care.
If you have a partner, I don't care if you have a lover, or
many lovers, I don't care if you're single, the only thing
that I care about, and the only thing that I'm going to
encourage you to care about is the relationship that you have
with yourself.
This is the most important thing
you can ever nurture and look after on this planet. Because
everything starts from how you feel about yourself. Everything
starts from you really, truly loving yourself. And I know
there's so much out there now about self love and about, you
know, I am worthy and all these kinds of things. And sometimes
they just feel like words. And I get that but we are going to go
on an amazing journey together where those kinds of things just
aren't words, they actually become ingrained in who you are.
So let me explain first of all,
what becoming your warrior is about. Because I want you to
imagine for me now that there's two of you. There's the physical
you, there's the you and your body, the you that sees the you
that here's the you that touches the the taste the you that
smells, the you that you know, you can reach out and touch your
hand or touch your arm, your physical human being. But
there's also this inner you, this inner you that is pure
energy. And this inner you is your warrior and your warrior
loves you unconditionally. It doesn't matter what you do, it
doesn't matter what mistakes you've made in your life, it
doesn't matter about your failures, it doesn't matter how
you feel about yourself, your inner warrior absolutely loves
you so, so much.
And your inner warrior is
confident your inner warrior is calm, your inner worry is your
intuition. It's your guiding intuition. It's the thing that
sets off a feeling when something feels right or
something feels wrong. And it's trying to guide you back towards
it. And what happens in life sometimes is we become detached
from that inner part of us, we think that, you know, our this
is the direction I'm going and somebody said this about me. So
that must be true. And actually, I don't trust myself. So I'm not
going to follow my intuition.
And you know, we become lonely,
we become detached, we become depressed, we become anxious,
but deep down all of those kinds of negative feelings that we
have towards ourselves. The reason that they feel so bad
and the reason that they cause and lead to depression and lead
to anxiety and lead to all these like negative behaviours about
ourselves is because we forgotten that inside of us is
pure love inside of us is this being that just wants us to
thrive and wants us to come back into alignment.
And so becoming your warrior is
a, it's going to be a beautiful process, it's going to be a
beautiful journey that I am so pumped to have you on board with
I'm so pumped to do this with you and take me with you if you
are willing to come if you are ready to come because your life
can be the most fun, the most playful, the most just a feeling
of lit up that you can ever imagine.
And there are going to
be challenges, I'm never going to say there's not going to be
challenges, there going to be contrast, there are going to be
things that come into your life and kind of knock you around a
little bit. But through that is so much growth and so much
freedom.
And through that you're always
going to come back to who you truly are. And that is your
inner warrior. And so when I talk about becoming your
warrior, is basically coming back to who you actually are.
It's allowing yourself to let go. It's allowing yourself to
let go of the past. And it's allowing yourself to create an
amazing vision for your future.
And that is going to be so
exciting when we get to that part. When we start creating
this vision for what you want. And when you actually start to
see it happening. It's the most incredible, incredible thing.
And so on this day of love The
one thing that I want you to know, the one thing that I want
you to always take away with you is that there are two of you.
And the two of you, when you're in perfect alignment, when that
physical part of you comes back to what that inner part of you
actually knows, then you are whole, you are never lonely, you
are never alone, you are never going to rely on anybody else or
anything else to fill you up, you can do that yourself. And
that is what becoming your worry is it's knowing that you are
completely whole, exactly as you are, is knowing that there's
going to be steps and things that you have to overcome and
challenges that you have to overcome. But it's knowing that
you are pure love.
And I want you today just to
even if there's some resistance to that right now, which I
totally understand. I want you now to just feel that imagine
what that would feel like if you absolutely could connect to the
fact that you are unconditional love that there is unlimited
love inside of you. And the more that you bring yourself back in
alignment with your warrior, the more you're going to feel good,
the more amazing opportunities are going to come for you the
more amazing and lit up your life is going to be and I am so
excited for you.
I'm so excited for you. And I'm so excited to
do this with you.
So just feel that today on this
day of love. Remind yourself right now that deep down inside
of you. There is just this beautiful love and it is just
waiting to expand and it's waiting for you to come back to
it. I'm sending you so much love. Just know that it's time.
