What Does Success Look Like For You In 2025?

I wouldn't necessarily describe this year as hard, but I would describe it as heavy. You may even know how I'm feeling.
I've often found my jaw to be tighter than is desirable and my shoulders closer to my ears than I would like. So, even though there has been A LOT to celebrate this year both in my corporate work and in my coaching, there's also room for improvement for next year.
Given the time of year it is, I've set my word (it's actually words this year) and am updating my personal success criteria to set myself up with milestones and markers of success that suit the life that I desire and the goals that I have for myself.
