Paul is a seasoned veteran of all aspects of the hospitality industry, from development, branding, and connecting to operational systems and problem-solving. Paul has owned and operated restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in New York City, and worked as President of the New York Hospitality Alliance to establish better relationships between the New York nightlife community and city and police officials after a tumultuous past relationship between the environments.
