As a successful restaurant consultant, he has brought his deep knowledge of the industry to serve his clients and various establishments locally and nationwide.
A practicing martial artist and a black belt in the art of Shidokan, Jason administers teaching, seminars, and privately offers lessons to colleagues from the hospitality world.
