Girls of strength, girls of light, Stardust squad we take flight. Clap once, clap twice, then spin around. In Stardust squad we're safe and sound, shining strong we lift each other. Sisters of stars like none other. Once upon a time, there was a girl named Starry who had always been fascinated by the night sky. She loved nothing more than laying on the soft grass in her backyard, gazing up at the stars and letting her mind drift among the galaxies. Tonight, the sky was crystal clear and Starry could see thousands of twinkling stars, each one sparkling like tiny diamonds scattered across the vast darkness. As she lay there feeling the cool night air on her skin, Starry wondered, What would it be like to float among the stars? What would it feel like to touch them? Suddenly, as if answering her question, a gentle breeze whispered through the trees, and a soft, glowing light surrounded her. It was as if the stars themselves were reaching down, wrapping her up in their glow. Starry blinked in surprise as she felt herself gently lifting off the ground. Before she knew it, she was floating upward, higher and higher, until the ground below became a distant memory. She was soaring through the sky, past the clouds and into the heart of the galaxy. All around her, the stars seemed brighter, and she could feel something magical in the air. A voice, soft and kind, echoed around her. Welcome, Starry. You've always been curious about the stars, haven't you? Starry looked around amazed. Who's, who's there? She asked, her heart racing with excitement. The voice chuckled softly. I am the spirit of the cosmos, here to show you something incredible. Did you know, Starry, that you, just like everyone else, are made of stardust? Stardust? Starry repeated, wide eyed. How can that even be? The spirit began to explain as gentle streaks of light swirled around her. Long, long ago, before Earth even existed, stars were born in massive clouds of gas and dust. Inside these stars, powerful reactions created the elements that make up everything we see. Hydrogen. helium, oxygen, carbon, and so much more. When these stars grew old, they exploded in spectacular bursts called supernovas, scattering all those elements across the universe. Starry gasped as she imagined these gigantic explosions, stars bursting like fireworks in the vastness of space. All those elements, the voice continued, travelled through space and eventually formed new stars and planets and even leaving beings just like you. The iron in your blood, the calcium in your bones, the oxygen you breathe. All of it came from stars that lived billions of years ago. You, Starry, are made of the very same material as the stars. Starry's heart swelled with wonder. She'd always felt connected to the stars, but now she understood that that connection ran deeper than she could have ever imagined. She was part of the universe in every possible way. The stars around her shimmered even brighter as if to agree. One of them twinkled in front of her, glowing blue and silver. This is serious, the spirit said. It is the brightest star in the night sky. Did you know it's twice as massive as our sun? Starry reached out to the star, feeling its warmth radiating towards her. Twice as big as the sun, she marvelled. It must be so powerful. It is, the voice agreed, but it's just one of the many wonders over there. The spirit pointed to a cluster of stars, is the Orion Nebula. It is a birthplace for new stars, where gas and dust come together to form brand new suns, just like our own. Starry floated closer to the nebula, its swirling clouds of color mesmerizing her. It's like a cosmic nursery, she whispered. Exactly, the spirit said, and just as these stars are born and grow, they will one day return their elements to the universe, continuing the cycle. Everything is connected, Starry. Just like the stars give their light and energy to the universe, you have your own light to share. You carry the power of the cosmos inside you. Starry's heart glowed with pride. I never really realized how special we all are, she said. We are part of something so much bigger than we realize. The spirit's voice was warm and kind. Yes, Starry, and just like the stars, you are strong, you are resilient, and you are full of energy. You can shine in your own way, brightening the world around you. As Starry looked around at the countless stars twinkling in the vast expanse, she felt an overwhelming sense of peace. The stars were no longer distant, unreachable points of light. They were part of her, and she was part of them. She carried their strength, their beauty, and their timeless wisdom within her. You are Stardust, the spirit reminded her, and that means you are infinite, powerful, and full of possibility. Remember that, Starry, whenever you feel unsure or afraid. The universe is inside you and you are made of the same magic as the stars. Starry smiled, feeling a warmth spread through her chest. She would never forget this feeling, this deep, unshakable connection to the stars and the universe. Whenever she needed courage, whenever she needed to believe in herself, she would remember that she was made of stardust. She was powerful, and she was enough. As the stars twinkled around her, the soft light began to carry her gently back to Earth. She floated down slowly, her feet touching the cool grass in her backyard once again. The night sky stretched above her, just as beautiful as ever. But now, she understood its secrets. Laying back down on the grass, Starry smiled up at the stars. Thank you, she said, and as if in reply, a star twinkled brightly, reminding her that no matter what, she was magic, and she would always carry the light and strength of the cosmos inside her. Today's affirmation is, I am made of stardust. Thanks for listening, Staries. See you next time.
