The Broken Boundaries Podcast aims to raise awareness for mental health with a focus specifically on athletes. Throughout each episode you will meet and listen to a current or former professional or elite athlete speak about the psychological struggles endured throughout their journey. The Broken Boundaries Podcast will highlight the truth behind achieving elite level athletics, as well as show young and upcoming athletes that it is OK to not be OK! It is completely fine struggle psychologically, but more importantly even if you are struggling, you can still make it! You are not alone!
