In this week's episode, the adoption is finalized and we made it home to the state of North Carolina. We had our first meal in the states after being adopted and you'll be surprised to find out what it is exactly. We find out the hardships Woody and I had to deal with from, school, to the language barrier,  to everyday life.

In the midst of all that we learn to adapt to the environment even though everything was completely different from what we were used to. The hardest part of the adoption was my parents getting divorced and learning to navigate that, as everyone else was relying on you to make sure they were doing well.

My high School years were some of the best years that I had experienced in the states. I made some lifelong friends and gained a whole other family who loves me and cares for me as if I was their own.  I felt like I was all over the place in this episode pertaining to the stories being, time-wise and I apologize.
