Speaker 1:

idea, change, execution, hold. They're going to be the four main words I'm going to speak to at the start of this, and you guys are all being in the space of business owners or currently business owners, before or getting your own thing off the ground. So this, I feel like, will be very relevant. It's interesting that when I come up on the things I want to speak to on the call, it's always interesting to see who shows up for the call. It's just been super aligned with the last couple of weeks. The first thing I want to speak to is you know, like if working hard was the only variable to success, all laborers, all concreters, all bricklayers, all janitors would be fucking very wealthy and very successful.

Speaker 1:

But the idea of knowing what to do and actually what you need to do can be very different. And as we start businesses I guess one of the things I love about businesses and relationships it holds up a mirror to how you think you'll show up compared to how you actually do show up, especially with something like business where it's very, very metric based, black and white numbers. You know how many people to join packed, how much money to join, how much is it scaling. These are measurable things. So the idea of something and then changing that idea of something, really understanding it and moving towards it because it's not just hard work, just being able to work smartly and being able to learn the tools and know what lever needs to be turned and when. And one of the things that like about these calls is understanding those levers. And what I mean by that is the type of conversations you surround yourself in, affects the type of thoughts and dialogues you have, the kind of edges you push to in life, and the boundaries you set for yourself get redefined when you start having different level conversations. You know I'm sure you've all got those friends you've parted ways with when you used to kick it when you were younger, and you know the conversation, you know the framework, you know where it's going and like you can walk away from it and it's. It gets to a stage where it's enjoyable time, but like you can enjoy aspects of people.

Speaker 1:

But what is your priority Like? What do you want to talk about? What do you want to focus on? What do you want to overcome? What do you want to hear someone else's like? Do you want to speak to someone else who makes 50k a month and understand what was the hurdle they had at 10, 20, 30? You want to speak to someone who's just launched. What did they need to get off the ground? Like, the reason not everyone goes and works with Tony Robbins is one of the best in the field at what he does is because it's very. The variables of what you can learn from someone like that is very different depending on where you are in the game and on these calls we have people from all different walks of life, different experiences, different traumatic experiences, different amazing experiences that you can learn so much in here.

Speaker 1:

So, speaking to that, it's kind of like what I'm speaking to now is kind of leaning on the edge of like money. Now, money won't make you something, but it will expose who you are. You know, if you are to win the lottery, I truly believe money makes you more of what you are. If you're a giving, loving person, you make more money. You're going to give more. If you're a cunt, you're going to be a bigger cunt when you earn more money. That's literally how I see money. You guys might not agree, you might agree.

Speaker 1:

So one of the things with money is when we start to earn more, there's always this invisible lid this limit on it? Can we have spoken about this before where if you get like a flee and you get a flee that has a 40-inch vertical jump which is massive like pro athletes have about that, but the flee has a 40-inch vertical jump If you put that flee in a jar, put the lid on the jar and close it, it'll hit its head. It'll hit its head, it'll hit it and eventually it will jump just below the lid of the jar. The crazy thing is, if that flee has babies inside the jar, they will jump to just under the height of the jar, but if you take them out of the jar, they will never jump higher than the jar. That is how powerful a environment is in life. And if you believe you're only worth a certain amount of money, you will only attract a certain amount of money. If you believe you have a certain amount where, if you get it, you're not responsible with money, this will be a lot of things you could have learned from your parents and their thoughts about money. So it won't make you something that you're not. It'll just expand on who you are and if you're not doing the inner work to work on yourself, to know you fucking deserve this shit. It will come, it will go. 97% of people who win the lotteria bag-rupped within five years or something crazy like that.

Speaker 1:

So a bit of my personal journey where, stepping into this space, stepping into the coaching space, four years ago I was pushing and pushing, and pushing. I had a figure in my head, a number I wanted to hit, and I hit that monthly figure. I was like bang, it came out of nowhere. I was like shit, what happened? And then I took the foot off the gas. Next month was less. I had two months in a row and then I took the foot off the gas and it was interesting because what I perceived myself and the ability I had was reflected in the world. But I didn't believe it to be true about myself yet. And it wasn't because the work I didn't do after that. It's because I didn't have the belief and determination and push to do that work after that.

Speaker 1:

That's why inside here, when you work through the Purpose Module and you figure out your purpose, then we're going to work through dissolving fear, instilling confidence and self-belief. So you build the mindset that when an opportunity presents itself, you are fucking ready and you leverage the shit out of that. If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand. If you believe it to be true, it can be. If you don't believe it's possible for you, it won't be. It will come, it will go. You'll talk yourself out of the idea, you'll self-sabotage, you'll get shiny objects in your own because you think it's too hard and you'll look somewhere else.

Speaker 1:

This is the difference between manifesting like I've done a post about it before, yelling affirmations in the mirror, how Mosie talks about this and just saying to yourself I'm good, I'm great, I deserve money, I deserve money, I'm valuable. Manifesting, creating what skill set do I need? What actions do I need to take? What habits do I need? What circles of people do I need to get around and talk about my ideas and get their feedback? Who do I need to ask and put my ego aside and be like yo bro. I need support in this.

Speaker 1:

I know we don't really know each other, or maybe your best friends from 10 years ago, but I've seen you do this. What do you wish you knew at the start of that? That's the difference between creating versus manifesting. The power of environment gives you all of this. That's why I'm so fucking passionate about the academy and that's why I'm so pumped that you guys are some of the first guys in here, because you're going to be here as we evolve and as we grow and you're going to see so many different experiences evolving as people come through this and the things you learn is like equipping that tool belt every month, putting another tool on it, putting another tool on it. So when you rock up to build a house you're not holding a paintbrush and your hand gone. Fuck. If only I had a hammer, a saw, I would have crushed this, but I didn't.
