Not everything is worth the strain of holding on to. Allow the stresses, the regrets, the rumination to indicate what it needs to, and move on. You have the strength within to do so. Invite compassion and love into the mix, simply because you deserve it. You’re on the journey, and your worthiness has not tarnished along the way.
