As a coach I have many different types of clients, but yet I coach pretty much the same way.

Accountability looks different for everyone and so does communication.  Clients who have a further distance to travel get the most of their coach because they usually have the most habits to change.

Some clients have good foundations set and they need less of their coach.  Now, the way the communication is between the client and the coach seems to be different.

If you want results that last then you need to become the client that is "coachable".  The "babysitting" client will feel nagged, annoyed, overwhelmed, and bothered.  The "coachable" client feels like they always want to communicate with their coach, send pictures when not asked, fills out all information requested by coach, and loves to communicate.

Before you sign up for a program, make sure you want to be the "coachable" client, no babysitting.  If you feel like you are just tell your coach where you are so you can be guided back into the right direction.
