How do you identify? Christian? Mom? Sports Teams? State Pride? School Pride? Politics?

When our identity is in unstable things it can be very tumultuous. People getting depressed when their team loses. Or getting into states of anxiety when their political candidate doesn’t win. Fear takes over and we forget who we are. In this episode we talk about the unstable things to have your identity in and, for us, the one stable identity we have found.
