In this episode, I’m joined by Lexi, somatic practitioner, movement educator, writer, and founder of EMBODYMIND Somatic Wellness, for a deeply embodied conversation on facilitation, authenticity, and truth.

We explore embodiment as a non-negotiable practice for facilitators, and how relating to our expression through the body opens new ways of meeting God and guidance. We speak  about the vulnerability of exposing ourselves through our expression, navigating discomfort, and allowing the nervous system to lead us into greater capacity rather than contraction.

Together we unpack shame and judgment versus genuine growth, poetry as a living gateway for healing, and the practice of receiving every layer of ourselves as we express.

This episode is also an invitation into bigger rooms, where being seen asks more of us, and embodiment becomes the anchor that allows our voice and truth to land with integrity and depth.

Lexi is a somatic practitioner, movement educator, and writer, supporting clients in inhabiting their bodies, rediscovering their voices and resolving patterns within the nervous system.
She’s the founder of EMBODYMIND Somatic Wellness, a somatic practice blending movement, breathwork, and meditation & self expression.

Lexi believes that intimacy with self unlocks profound truth and authenticity. She teaches her body of work at retreats all over the world , with her intimate 1:1 clients and inside of her facilitator trainings.
