18. The Problem With No Name

In 1963, Betty Friedan called it 'the problem with no name.' The droll existence suffered by the the 'housewife' of that era yielded a discontentment they couldn't put into words.


Though the roles and expectations of women have made some progress since then, the problem still exists. It looks a little different, but in today's modern era women still suffer from an emptiness, a lack of fulfillment, a lack of joy - that they simply can't explain.


This problem, though it comes dressed in different descriptions than it did 50 years ago, still has no name... until now.


Today I explore what I believe is missing in the lives of many women, and how they can feel more alive and fulfilled - without adding one more thing to their to-do list.
