This week’s cocktail: Mr. Darcy via Food52

INGREDIENTS

4.5 ounces Earl Grey Tea, chilled

3 ounces Vodka

1.5 ounces Elderflower Syrup, we used Monin

Half a lemon squeezed, plus rind for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Put ice, earl grey tea, vodka, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and shake until well combined. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with lemon rind. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cumbé

1 oz Pineapple Juice

.25 oz Lemon Juice

.25 oz Grand Marnier

2 Dashes Scrappy's

Cardamom Bitters

1 Egg White

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients in shaker. Vigorously dry shake. Add ice to tin and shake until cold. Double strain into Nick and Nora glass. Express and garnish with a manicured lemon peel.
