This week’s drink: The Last Laugh via Difford’s Guide

INGREDIENTS:

• ⅔ oz London dry gin
• ⅔ oz Green Chartreuse (or other herbal liqueur)
• ⅔ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
• ⅔ oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1 oz Cava sparkling wine
• Garnish: lime zest twist

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled flute glass
2. Top with Cava

Floral Kiwi Gin Fizz via @kristiwithatwist (that Kayla can’t stop talking about)

Ingredients:

• 1 kiwi, cut into small cubes
• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz simple syrup
• ½ oz lime juice
• ⅔ oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
• Club soda

Instructions:

1. Add kiwi, simple syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle
2. Add St. Germain and gin. Add ice and shake.
3. Double strain over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a kiwi slice.

Gin Eyre via Tequila Mockingbird

INGREDIENTS:

• 8 fresh mint springs, washed
• 2 oz English Gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 ½ tsp granulated sugar
• 2 dashes orange bitters

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, tearing mint leaves first
2. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass
