Khanya Houtman is a business owner, a mother of two, and someone who learned responsibility from a young age. In this conversation, she shares what it was like growing up helping in her father’s hardware store after school, while still managing her education and personal growth.
She talks about becoming a young mother and how she stayed focused on where she wanted to go, eventually launching both a cargo shipping company and Baby store.
Xhernae Xhernae also opens up about her father, Mr. Carl Houtman. She reflects on his influence in her life, the importance of having a father figure present, and what it was like to witness and support him through his dialysis journey.
