Removing Your Children From the Rat Race
In this episode, Brianna talks about the negative impact the rat race is having on the family unit and especially on our children. From competitive sports to extra curricular activities to hours of public school, homework and projects, the family unit is being attacked at all angles. The only way to save your children from living this rat race and succumbing to a constant fight or flight response is to have the confidence and the backbone to go against what everyone else in society seems to be doing. As parents, it is our duty to protect our children and make the decisions that are in their best interest. By slowing down the rat race and replacing some of the activities that come with it with quality family time, you will be giving your children one of the greatest gifts they will ever receive. If you and your children aren't happy with the race you have been sucked into, do them and yourself an enormous favor and dare to be different. I promise you there is great harmony on the other side of chaos.
