Towards Better

Elle Roberts. Rare Seed Agency . Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace

Ricky Esterquest Season 2 Episode 4

On todays episode, Elle and Ricky chat about:

  • Diversity and Inclusion in Workplaces and Communities
  • Having the uncomfortable conversations - how do we do better, if we don't know better? How do we ASK without being insulting?
  • Accommodations in the workplace - often not as hard or expensive as we think
  • Being a good ally - making your workplace SAFE for a more diverse community is about more than just having disabled toilets or SAYING you are a diverse workplace
