The Wellbeing Trainer helps individuals and companies grow their wellbeing muscles so they can be proactive with their mental health and get mentally fit.
He likes to think of himself similiar a coach or trainer at the gym, except Luke helps people grow their wellbeing muscles. This is done through his wellbeing workout which is a introductory program for people to learn and practice good mental health habits.
