Episode 6
Early on, East Lake was fundamentally a fishing lake full of bass, bream, and catfish. In fact, the 27-acre lake was one of the most enjoyed facilities offered by The Atlanta Athletic Club in the early days of its existence. Sure, AAC members could golf. But they could also fish, swim, or boat on the lake and could enjoy some of the more exotic activities offered on the lake at that time.
