Anna Huff-All Detours Lead to Now
Yesterday, I had the privilege of sitting down with Anna Huff-Grants Program Manager for the Metropolitan Arts Council here in Greenville, SC. Anna graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art, also know as MICA in 2018-one of the most highly acclaimed art schools in the nation. Yes, she is that talented.
In our conversation, she shares her lesson in learning that her identity is more than her art. I enjoyed her perspective and think you will too.
She also talks about her journey after graduating. Like many of you, she was filled with uncertainty about what came next. While her path had some unexpected detours, she persevered and kept showing up.
Detours can be frustrating and disappointing, but let Anna’s conversation inspire you to remember to trust in their purpose.
You can check out some of Anna’s work at annakhuff.com. She is also the illustrator of my career readiness guide “Hired Happens! Career Readiness Workshop to Build Your Career”.
