Meg Novacek- Growing a Successful Career Part 1

 I recently sat down and spoke with Meg Novacek, a former senior leader for FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, now known as Stellantis), about growing a successful career.  Our conversation was so good that I split into into three episodes.
