This was a very fun and educational episode as I learned about the brewing process from Chris at Blackburn Brew House. They have some fantastic craft beers and seltzers on tap, great food, and fun events such as their cruise nights every Thursday. Quickly becoming a gem in Niagara Falls you won't be disappointed. My personal favourite is the "Old Scow" which is smooth and light. Knowing that they don't have any dairy in their products helps me to feel at ease that I can enjoy them without concerns.
