Eric grew up in Utah and have an extensive local network and many professional experiences relevant to the practice of real estate. He received my Bachelor of Art in Economics and then continued to receive a Master of Science in Economic Theory with a focus on Finance at Utah State University in Logan, Utah.Eric worked at Zions Bank for 5 years underwriting business loans. He then spent a year helping a local car dealership manage a subprime book of lending business. During those years Eric bought and sold 4 properties as personal homes and investments. Realizing how much he enjoyed the process of investing and negotiating real estate contracts, Eric became a license real estate broker in 2017.He loves real estate and know the life changing affect it can have on a family when they make a house a home. Eric also knows the financial benefit home ownership can have on the long-term wealth of people in the United States. The trust he is given by my clients is a privilege and he always works in their best interest including when it doesn’t involve the sale of a home. Eric is an advisor and friend above all else.

Bruce is a cyclist and friend here in the Utah Community. He is a very community focused person and gives back in my ways. From announcing for the Utah High School league, to making the Crusher in the Tushar start line memorable for all participants. For many of these reasons he is also a member of the board of directors for the Salt Lake Crit non profit.
Originally from Milford, New Hampshire, he is Chief of Pharmacy for the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Health Care System. He loves serving veterans here in Utah. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Utah.
