I've been there , I know , and I know so many of my clients and others in my community have been too , and it really can sting . But here's what I want you to know . something bold , something out of the ordinary , you need voices around you saying yes , you can go get it . Yes , you can do it , instead of are you sure you want to do that ? Are you sure about it ? Is there any money in that ? You know what I mean . And sometimes those voices the good ones not saying that people that are saying the other stuff to you are bad ones , but the good voices that we want to hear aren't going to be in your immediate circle . But that's okay , because we live in an incredible time where we can connect with the right people online throughout the entire world people online throughout the entire world . I have friends in other countries , on other continents , that I have never met in person , and we are good friends and they've helped me so many times . I have friends in other states that I've never met , so building this circle is really so important . All right , so let me tell you , I would not be where I am today without online communities , and this is a fact .

in you , it's really where you can find your tribe the women who get you , who get what you're doing , who understand how much you want it , the ones who understand the late nights , the fear of going live and the dream of creating a business that brings you freedom . This is why I created my she's On Fire community . You know , it's not just the Facebook group , it's not just the podcast , it's everything together . It's not just the podcast , it's everything together , not just my programs , it's everything , because you shouldn't have to do this stuff alone . The Power of In-Person Events

Um , there is power in in-person events . Now , I've always said you don't have to go away to an in-person event to be successful , all right . I've always said that and I still believe that . However , every time that I have gone to an in-person event , I have become even more successful , and there's a reason for it . Something changes the game in these events , all right . Again , you do not need to go to an in-person event in order to build a successful business . I don't believe that . I even have a blog post about it . You can absolutely crush it from the comfort of your home , 100% , your phone , your laptop that's all you need .

But but if you can do it , if you get the chance to be in a room with women who , who are going after big things , who are want the big goals , who really want to break through and make an impact and talk on a different level than just small talk , it's unbelievable . The energy , the breakthroughs , the connections . It's unmatched being in a space where everyone is dreaming bigger , pushing harder and lifting each other up . It is honest to God , it's like fuel for your soul . It's amazing . You leave knowing you're not crazy for wanting more . You realize there's a whole world of women chasing the same freedom , that you are harnessing that freedom .

So that's why I'm doing another she's on Fire retreat , and it's going to be bigger . I did one a few years ago and I can't even tell you how amazing it was . And then I've gone to events and retreats since then myself and it's just such . It's a magical experience . That's the only way that I can explain it . So this retreat this she's on fire retreat this is where we are going to get to step into our boldest selves together . We're going to be talking personal branding , storytelling , breaking out of our comfort cocoons , all of it .
