This week we welcome 2/4 Sacral Generator, Monja who shares her beautiful experience from burnt out to satisfied and flourishing in her design. She shares how her unhappy role didn’t allow her to truly connect with her sacral authority and that led her to starting a one year experience of doing only the things that light her up. Three years later, Monja shares what life “in response” means to her and gives some practical examples of how this shows up in her life. We discuss why waiting in “wait to respond” is so important to access the energy needed. We talk about the signature Generator themes, permission to find mastery your way and navigating the sometimes overwhelming sacral responses moment to moment in your daily life. Monja shares how she can sometimes fail to recognize her talents due to her 2nd line personality but how satisfaction allows her to truly share her gifts. Monja leaves us with some beautiful advice for new Generators in the Human Design space and some strategies for connecting and trusting in your body.

Monja supports her clients in their unique pursuit of self-discovery. She helps them to (re)-integrate parts of themselves that had been lost, and to shed the layers that aren’t actually theirs. Born and raised in Franconia, Germany, she loves to slow-travel the world and has spent the last few years in Sri Lanka, Morocco and currently Mexico.
