Hello, hello, hello, how is everybody? This is John Mason. Tomorrow is Mother's Day. And it is a time we pay our respects to all the women in our lives, our mothers and our wives, and our girlfriends, and our sisters, and every other woman that we come across. Happy Mother's Day, ladies. And if we want the best for the women in our lives, we must protect the reproductive rights. There are all these states going around that places the most onerous restrictions on abortions. Like you can only have an abortion after so many weeks before you even know the woman even knows that uh there's a fetus inside of her. And who remembered uh Katie Brett, a senator from Arkansas, who had this very bad case of ham acting after uh after Biden's uh State of the Union address. Is that the best Republicans can do? Well anyway, she has this bright idea of a database. She's proposing this bill that would establish a database for all women who are pregnant. Hello, hello, hello, John Mason. How is everybody? Hope you're all well. I see we've come full circle from the 70s. The whole strategy of the Republican Party in the early 70s was based on the book The Coming Republican Majority, or however it was titled. It was the I it had the idea that Nixon and the rest of the Republican Party concentrate on white working class people give play into their racial prejudices, as they talk about welfare queens and law and order and all that. And then and they would be uh in power indefinitely if they just uh play on that. And never mind class, never mind unifying the country, never mind uh uh dealing with serious social problems, never mind that this would this pits one set of Americans against the other. Never mind that. Never mind that it's a recipe for the social disaster in the long run. But it's mostly for a short run uh win-run election after the other. And so Democrats trying to back away from the FDR Great Society system, they talk about uh2 go along with uh trying to be uh uh very nice Republicans. Talking the same Republican talk, but be nice about it. And so we've had Jimmy Carter, who as a who is so-called modern. I give him credit, I give him credit for beginning uh uh the opportun the possibility of peace between Israel and the Arab world by the Camp David Accords, you know, the handshake between himself and Begin and Sadat. But he played the moderate, trying to make everybody happy. And it don't work like that in the real world. Politics is the art of compromise. But why if the other side, the more authoritarian side, doesn't want to compromise? Why do they see compromise as a sign of weakness? And s since uh and we had uh some milked toast moderate Democrats uh along with the hardline Republicans. Again, trying to make everybody happy. And and but now they re the Republicans realized well, the people running the Republican Party see the Republican Party is just a mechanism for the super conservative elements to to attain power electorally. And they realize that their program really isn't all that popular, their schemes don't work for the economy. This market-based so-called trickle-down neoliberals stuff, you know, give corporations and billionaires everything they want tax-wise, and somehow it's gonna a little bit's gonna seep down uh uh to the working classes and low-income people. Ain't work like that. All that has gone to the vanity projects of certain billionaires. I think about Jeff Bezos and his uh and that sex toy rocket of his. Actually, it looks like a sex toy rocket, anyway. And their yachts in their mansions and buying up one company against another, up after another, and I'm thinking about now Mitt Romney. I give him credit he despises Trump as much as we do. But he made his fortune through Bane Capital. Their idea was to take over failing corporations, load them up with lots and lots more debt, so much debt that they can't afford to pay it. Then they sell bits and pieces of the company. And the company's operations go overseas if they work at all, and thousands of workers are laid off. So they can line their own pockets. Like I said, uh their program anymore is not popular. People are not are not out anymore to um attack LGBTQ people. People aren't out to uh terrorize trans kids. People generally aren't are not uh they may be responsible gun owners, but they're not uh about to let any maniac have a gun. Like red flag laws. And the idea of uh making corporations richer while the low working class gets poorer and poorer, it's not popular, and they're waking up to people are waking up to that. And so they got so they've come full circle from being the silent majority of Nixon's uh administration, and they turn to a full-fledged dictatorship because they know they can't they can't win on uh on such issues as uh hating on LGBTQ kids and abortion. I sub I uh like millions and millions of millions the vast majority of Americans support the reproductive rights of women to control their own reproductive system, including the use of uh whatever that medicine is uh that you mail out in the can out, uh, so women can have abortions uh at home, not have to deal with screaming maniacs uh outside of clinics. Anyway, they know now their program is not popular at all, but they want to impose their program on the rest of us. Never mind if we protest it. Never mind if we're opposed to it, they're how to repress us. And the blueprint for that, and I'm gonna keep talking about it over and over and over again through November 5th, is Project 2029. A product, a thought thought up by the Think Tank, the Heritage Foundation. And the thoughts they were thinking in this think tank was to concentrate more and more and more executive power on the executive, the president. And they're hoping it's gonna be Trump. And and also to eliminate the Department of Education, to retool the uh Department of Justice to attack the president's opponents, and to uh go after attacks on discrimination against white people, yet they still believe that white people are discriminated against in this country. Can't you believe that? Anyway, and also turn the military against its own citizens. That's right. Our own military, our own brothers and sisters, our own sons and daughters, will be forced to aim their guns at us, their fellow Americans, and further they're gonna eliminate a mention about uh about uh about inclusion uh programs for uh for minorities, minority set asides, LGBTQ protections, they're gonna eliminate those, eliminate all protections on the environment, uh turning down uh wind turbines as a form of uh of renewable energy and concentrating on fossil fuels. I'm sure the fossil fuel industry had a hand in uh writing that uh plank up in their platform. And and focusing on Christianity as the religion of the country. And some of us aren't Christians, however you define the term Christian, or they're gonna define what a Christian is, quote unquote. Anything that doesn't fit into their narrow definition of what is a Christian is in deep trouble. And that's the future in store for us. Unless we stop harping about uh Joe Biden's performance at the debate. So what? So he had a bad night, so what? Think about the last uh three and three plus years he was president. He improved the economy, he took seriously COVID, and we became respected in the world once more. And let's not forget Trump, who was convicted on three three, four counts of s of uh business fraud, so he can pay off the uh hide the payoff money to Stormy Daniels, a porn star. And he still remains the darling of the evangelical Christian activists. And let us not forget how he performed or uh during the trial, how he ranted and raved against the judge and the jury after their uh their family, his family, and the jury's families, uh dozing off in the middle of uh the trial. If I was on trial for a ser for a felony, I would be I'd be nervous as hell. I couldn't sleep at all. But he's dozing off and we talk about it they're talking about uh Biden's stutter. I think it's fair enough to talk about uh Trump's farting. Biden's stutter makes more sense than Trump's farting. Out of his ass, not of his mouth. Anyway. And and let's not forget his huxterism. How he how while he's trying to run for president, it is trying to hawk uh merchandise. Like the his uh $400 gold plated sneakers, he which he assumes is going to win him win the African American community over to him. Along with his mugshot, he's gonna say that uh the black community relates to him because he he was in trouble with the law. Like the black community is a race of criminals, and they're not. And a cheap ass uh Bible, which he which uh they put in uh uh the Constitution, the Bill of and the Declaration of Independence. And and also his other scams, like those digital trading cards, which they used uh copyrighted photos, and it took copyrighted photos and put Trump's face on them. Trump as a cowboy, Trump as Rambo, Trump as a Marine, Trump, Trump as an astronaut. Give me a break, astronaut. And that's what we're up against. So I could go on and on. I'm just trying to remind you of Trump. See, the cat they're counting on us for getting the four and nightmares years of Trump and the three and a half nightmares of his campaign. And you remember his crack, uh, I can shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and I wouldn't lose any votes for it, okay? And he means it. He's going to go after us. He's going I believe him when he believed the scenario I really believe the scenario that he's going to uh would uh send an elite military force, like seal team six, god forbid. And against us, against his enemies. That's us, the American people. So that's your point, Mason. Okay, I'll let you know. Let's forget about the uh Joe Biden's memory lap little laps at the debate. Let's concentrate on his whole record. Never mind the debate. We all have a bad night. But with Donald Trump as president again, we'll have a horrible night. So remember the environment So please remember the entire Trump record and the entire Biden record. And vote. November 5th, take your ass out there. Take your friends and family with you and vote.
