Two years ago, Clonmore played Éire Óg in a third round IFC game. All four teams in the group had a chance to make the knock-out stages with the fourth placed team relegated to the JFC A.
In an unlikely set of results, Clonmore were the odd ones out and made the drop.
Last year, the won a JFC A and C double. Just over two weeks ago, their rehabilitation was complete when they won the intermediate title.
They are back in senior football now after a gap of 18 years. Club Chairman, James Doyle, looks back at what has been a rewarding two years for all in Hacketstown.
