I began wakeboarding as a kid, getting my start behind an old pontoon boat with just enough horsepower to get me out of the water. The second I was able to make my first turn, I was hooked. I dove completely into the sport, obsessing over boats, riders, tricks, you name it. My passion for the sport only grew as I got older, but my access to a boat and the time to ride behind one were few and far between. That was, until a cable park was built near where I was attending college. The creation of Action Wake Park allowed me to get the water time I had craved ever since I first started, and I could finally progress at the pace I wanted to. Fast forward several years later, I still get just as much joy from strapping on a board as I did the first time, and my passion for showing others just how fun riding can be is as strong as ever.
