We are pleased to introduce one of the newest members of our Office Services – Tenant Representation team, Mitzi Blancaflor, a seasoned real estate professional who has vast experience in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

In this episode, Mitzi details the opportunities that commercial leasing practitioners can take advantage of given the current business climate. She said that office occupiers continue to look for office spaces and are reassessing and finding the right balance as they explore work-from-home or work-from-anywhere (WFH/WFA) scenarios. Although many employees find WFH/WFA setups appealing, companies understand that they still must maintain physical offices to enhance productivity, nurture culture, and attract top talents.
