We're celebrating Women's History Month by sharing the story of Esperanza "Espi" Casillas Arana. An amazing woman, mother of 3 beautiful girls, and daughter of immigrants of the beautiful state of Michoacan growing up in a very conservative family in East Chicago Indiana. She shares her journey of rising through the ranks of one of the most well-known pharmaceutical companies - AbbVie, where she currently serves as the Regional Treasurer of Latin America. She talks about the importance of building your "mom squad" to help create the balance needed to be a successful working mom. Arriba Las Mujeres!!
